Actress Neve Campbell is engaged to British actor John Light, People reports in its latest issue. To propose, Light, 31, got down on his knee and recited Shakespeare to Campbell, 32. The pair have not yet set a date for their nuptials. Campbell is best known for her role as Julia Salinger on the family drama Party of Five and starred in all three Scream films. Light starred in the HBO film The Lion in Winter, and also appeared in the miniseries Band of Brothers. This will be the second marriage for Campbell, who split from Canadian actor Jeff Colt in 1997 after 2 1/2 years of marriage.

Apparently Nick is finished with Lizzie Arnold I guess on February 2, Nick completely ignored Lizzie and spent the night doing shots with his buddies at LA hotspot 'Lobby.' That lines up with the story of Nick and CaCee as they were reportedly caught in January in a public embrace.   An item from Life & Style reported that Nick and Jess' BFF CaCee Cobb were canoodling at Level 3 nightclub in LA on Jan. 29. So - is it over between Nick and Lizzie?  Hard to say - if the story is accurate and the pair have a history that goes back five years, it won't take much to spark again.

Life & Style magazine is set to report. An eyewitness was stunned to get a closer look: Nick, 32, was canoodling with CaCee Cobb, 27, personal assistant and longtime best friend of Nick's ex-wife, Jessica Simpson, the magazine will report. "The two were all over each other," says the eyewitness, who knows both Nick and CaCee. "Nick had his arms wrapped around her, and he was kissing her all over the side of her face and neck. Her arms were around him, too."

A second witness at the bash, thrown by Wilmer, confirms the account. "We were watching in total disbelief," says the witness. "We kept waiting for them to rip each other's clothes off." The kissfest occurred around 1:30 a.m. and lasted just a few minutes, but "they were flirting the entire night," says the first eyewitness.

As Nick, in a button-down shirt and jeans, and CaCee, in a tight black dress and leopard pumps, steamed up the room, onlookers were shocked. "There may be nothing going on between them, but it was inappropriate behavior. Everyone was like, - "Wow - what are they thinking?"

The real question will be - what does Jess think.  Reports from the tabloid say she is crushed and blaming herself.

Angelina asks ex- lesbian lover to be a godmother

Angelina Jolie has reportedly asked her lesbian lover to be godmother to her children - angering boyfriend Brad Pitt, according to Britain's Daily Star newspaper. The actress allegedly wants Jenny Shimizu, who she had a relationship with while filming 'Foxfire' in 1993, to give spiritual guidance to her two adopted children, Maddox and Zahara, and her unborn baby with Pitt.

Lindsay will not be the new face of Chanel

Chanel designer Karl Lagerfield has laughed off singer/actress Lindsay Lohan's claims she will front the fashion house's next advertising campaign, insisting she is too immature.

In December (05) the Mean Girls star boasted she had won a lucrative contract with the fashion giant, following supermodel Kate Moss' dismissal over allegations of drug abuse.

But chief designer Lagerfield insists the label needs more sophisticated icons, such as film star Nicole Kidman - who advertises signature scent Chanel Number 5.

The 67-year-old tells New York magazine, "I prefer Nicole Kidman and that generation."

Get This Party Started Premiers Tonight at 9:00 on UPN

"The new reality show, which has its debut at 9 tonight on UPN, is "Extreme Makeover: Party Edition" by another name. The premise is that the show will throw a party for deserving people, although sometimes it will just go for laughs instead of tears.

Kristin Cavallari, whose sole credit is being young and rich on MTV's "Laguna Beach," is a co-host along with actor Ethan Erickson. Neither poses an immediate threat to Regis Philbin or Kelly Ripa.

For openers tonight, they join in planning a delayed surprise 21st birthday party for a young New Orleans woman whose celebration was cut off by Hurricane Katrina.

The family lost everything, so the party gang sets up a bash in Las Vegas with all the usual makeover stuff. The planning is sort of boring and the result is sort of blah, even if the cause is worthy.

Other parties include a man suffering from cancer who wants a party for his wife, a sweet-16 thing, a bachelorette bash and so on. It looks like this show is going to run out of party ideas and lose favor with viewers in a hurry.

Nick Lachey is set to release the first song from his new album on Friday February 3 on AOL First Listen. Britney To Guest Star On 'Will & Grace'

According to Access Hollywood, "It looks like Britney Spears is headed to primetime. The pop princess and new mom will appear as a guest star on NBC's "Will & Grace," Access Hollywood has confirmed. The Emmy Award-winning comedy, which will end its eight year run in May, is known for landing high-profile guests including Madonna, Demi Moore and Michael Douglas. A source told Access that it is a "done" deal and Britney will likely tape her cameo episode sometime in February. A spokesperson for NBC declined comment."

“Mean Girls” star Lindsay Lohan had ten stitches in her leg after falling down the stairs at singer Bryan Adams’ home in London. The actress was carrying a tea cup, which shattered upon impact and cut Lohan’s shin. Her mother Dina described the incident: "She and her friends were preparing breakfast, with eggs and everything, and Lindsay was going up the stairs, carrying a ceramic teacup,” she said. “She had just come out of the shower so she was still wet and had some lotion on, and she completely flipped on the stairs since it was slippery. The teacup went flying, it was shattered, and one of the pieces cut Lindsay in her shin. It was an accident." Lohan left the hospital later that day.

Jessica Simpson is facing a lawsuit over a breach of copyright with her range of cosmetics. The star released a beauty product named "Desert Beauty Deliciously Kissable Love Potion" in 2004 with business partners Sephora and D'Lish Fragrance. However the group face a federal law suit after Mara Fox, a woman from Los Angeles, revealed that she believes the product constitutes a breach of copyright of her 1989 products named "Love Potion".

Mischa to become an American citizen

British-born actress Mischa Barton is set to be sworn in as an American citizen next month Feb 06. The OC star had to pass a special test in order to be granted citizenship and was intimidated by the process. Barton recalls, "I was really nervous about it because they make it sound so difficult. It turns out they (the questions) are like, 'What colours are the American flag?'" The actress will be sworn in with 4,000 other new citizens at an upcoming ceremony.

Josie and Rob Plan to Divorce

Josie Bissett and Rob Estes have announced plans to divorce, ending their marriage of more than 13 years. Rob 42, said that he moved out of the couple's Seattle home, where they have lived since the late '90s, nearly seven months ago at her behest. The actor also said that it was his wife, 35, who requested the divorce and that he didn't want it. The divorce is not yet final. Estes made his remarks during an appearance at the Television Critics Association meeting earlier this week.

Angelina Jolie has got a tattoo on her stomach. She flashed it to people as she arrived at London's Heathrow Airport last night with Brad Pitt and her adopted children. She has 7 tattoos total. The latin motto, "Quod me nutrit me destruit" means "What nourishes me also destroys me". The phrase recently hit the headlines after it was adopted by some pro-anorexia and bulimia websites.

Angelina got the tattoo in 1997, but usually covers it up with make-up when cameras are around. Although this will be the couple's first child together, Pitt recently became the legal guardian of Jolie's adoptive kids. Rumors are now spreading that Angelina is pregnant with twins. It is alleged the she is expecting two babies after having fertility treatment.
