Moakler Slams Hilton's "Media Stunts"

Shanna Moakler has blasted rival Paris Hilton for alleging she was attacked by the former Miss USA, claiming the socialite "makes a lot of money pulling these stunts in the media".

Hilton filed a police report against Moakler last week, claiming the reality TV star had "shouted obscenities" and punched her in the face at Los Angeles hotspot Hyde. Sources claim Moakler is unhappy Hilton has been photographed kissing her estranged husband, former Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker. Meanwhile, Moakler has contacted police regarding the behavior of Hilton's on/off boyfriend Stavros Niarchos III, who she claims, pushed her down a flight of stairs and threw a drink over her. Moakler insists she didn't touch Hilton, and pointed out Hilton's recent drink driving arrest as evidence of her questionable behavior.

She tells gossip site PageSix.com, "I don't think she's a good person. She makes a lot of money pulling these stunts in the media, and I want nothing to do with it. I'm not the one getting Duis. I'm not the one in police stations. It's all juvenile and stupid." Hilton's ex-boyfriend Nick Carter has also claimed Hilton creates media stunts for her own amusement, after she was pictured with 'bruises' just days after splitting from the Backstreet Boys.

On Thursday October 5, singer Jessica Simpson spent her afternoon in New York City taping an episode with Rachael Ray on the celebrity chef's self-titled talk show. During their 45-minutes discussion the girls talked about things like Simpson's new album A Public Affair, her first celebrity crush James Dean and the man who currently sets Simpson's heart ablaze Johnny Depp.

Simpson even gushes to the perky host how Depp struck her like lightening when he made a surprise appearance last month at the Teen Choice Awards, which she hosted with Dane Cook. On the subject of food, a favorite of Ray's, Simpson confesses her favorite comfort treats. "Velvetta." Simpson says. "I had to say that, or chicken fried steak is another big one for me. Anything fried, it's a Texas thing."

Ashlee Simpson has warned people not to rush into plastic surgery. The ‘Boyfriend’ singer - who recently had rhinoplasty to straighten her crooked nose - insists it is everybody’s individual right to go under the knife to improve their looks. However, Ashlee thinks people should seriously consider the possibility it could go wrong. She told Britain’s More magazine: “If people want to get surgery, it’s a personal thing. But it’s not something anyone should rush into. Once it’s done, it’s done.”

Ashlee’s star sister Jessica recently claimed that cosmetic surgery had ruined her looks. The ‘Dukes of Hazzard’ actress revealed she had been having her lips “plumped up” with protein-based injections for around 12 months. However, Jessica, 26, stopped undergoing the procedure because the injections were ruining her “natural looks”. She said: “It looked fake and I didn’t like that. The trouble is that it takes a while to go away but now my lips are getting back to how they used to look, thank God.”

Hilary Duff & Joel Madden: We're In Mortal Danger

Hilary Duff claims in court documents that she fears for her life, alleging she and her boyfriend are being stalked by two men -- one a paparazzi and the other a homeless man. TMZ has obtained court documents, filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, in which Duff and Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden claim that a 19-year-old Russian emigre came to the United States "for the sole purpose of meeting and becoming romantically involved with Ms. Duff."

The court documents state the man, whose first name is Max, "admitted to being 'obsessed' with her, has stated his intention of 'removing' his 'enemies' (i.e., those who prevent him from being with her), has stated his intention of purchasing a weapon, and has threatened to kill himself and to engage in dramatic actions to get her attention." According to the documents, Max "has stated his belief that Hilary is in love with him and that Joel Madden stands in their way."

The court documents also claim David Joseph Klein, a 50-year-old celebrity photographer who is roommates with Max, is also a threat. The documents state, "Over the past six weeks, the defendants have engaged in an accelerated effort to make contact with Hilary, including visits to her neighborhood, to her mother's home, to her boyfriend's neighborhood ... to Mr. Madden's concert venue, and direct calls to Hilary's manager."

According to the documents, the police detained Max at least once at one of Madden's concerts and questioned Klein at the same event. The stars are requesting a judge to order Max and David Joseph Klein to stay at least 100 yards away from Hilary Duff, her sister Haylie, Joel Madden and his twin brother Benji.

Sara Evans Quits Dancing With the Stars

Country singer and Dancing with the Stars hopeful Sara Evans has decided to quit the popular reality series effective immediately. A source said that Evans has decided to leave ABC's Dancing With the Stars for personal reasons. "She is in the middle of a nasty divorce and it is too much for her to keep going," says the source.

On October 10, Sara gave no indication that she was even considering dropping out or that a divorce was imminent. "I feel so loved and adored by my fans, and they know how hard I am working and how much this means to me," she told Us. " [My husband] is amazing, he loves it. He just thinks it is amazing to watch the transition of someone who had never danced before to someone who is really enjoying dancing, so he finds it phenomenal."

The announcement of Evans abrupt departure has left her fellow contestants and judges saddened by the news.

Actress Natalie Portman is reportedly dating British billionaire Nat Rothschild. Natalie, 25, dined with the 35-year-old at Wilton's restaurant in central London earlier this week, according to British newspaper The Daily Mail. Rothschild has been single since divorcing model Annabelle Nelson almost a decade ago, but he seems to have found romance with Portman, who is in Britain making her latest film The Other Boleyn Girl, in which she plays Henry VIII's second wife Anne Boleyn.

A source told the newspaper, "A casually dressed Natalie and a female friend pulled up in a chauffeured Audi at around 9pm and went into the restaurant. "Nat (Rothschild) arrived on foot five minutes later. After three hours Natalie came out with her pal, who was holding hand's with Nat's friend, and they got into her car. "A bit later, Nat ran down the street, jumped in next to Natalie and they all drove off."

Anyone watch "The Girls Next Door?" Well a few weeks ago Holly threw a baby shower for Victoria.

The Amazing Race season-six contestants Jonathan Baker and Victoria Fuller have welcomed their first child, daughter Trease Alynett Baker. The baby was born on Oct. 6. Baker and Fuller, who are based in Los Angeles, got married in 2001. The couple were notorious for their bickering and seemingly hostile relationship on the reality show, but artist Fuller – who was a 1996 Playboy Playmate of the Month – said in January 2005, "It was a great experience, despite how negative it looked."

Said Baker, 43, a filmmaker and spa owner, "I didn't like the person who was up on the screen. I think I am a better person than that. I don't want to make excuses for being the villain – I have to take responsibility for it." After their stint on The Amazing Race, the couple also competed on Battle of the Network Reality Stars and Fear Factor, according to their official Web site.

Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie made a rather emotional visit to Hillside Memorial Park on Monday, where Paris wrote a note of remembrance to Brent Shapiro, son of famed attorney Robert Shapiro, who died last year from an ecstasy overdose.

It read: "Brent, I love you. Miss you and want you to know that I am here today to show you I care and think of you! I love you, Paris."

Nicole also paid her respects saying: "It is the one year anniversary of the death of a dear friend of mine. Brent Shapiro was a saint. I often thought he was too perfect to even be on this earth. Jennifer Aniston, taping The Oprah Winfrey Show on Wednesday, said she has not broken up with Vince Vaughn, audience members said.

Aniston, 37, who showed Room 10, the short film she co-directed as part of Glamour magazine's "Reel Moments" series, said that contrary to rumor, she and Vaughn, 36, have not split (and are not engaged).

According to audience member Margaret Stent, Aniston also said that she hadn't gotten breast implants, as one tabloid recently reported, explaining that when she gains weight, it goes to her chest. Aniston rolled her eyes when asked about Vaughn, adds Stent.

But the actress made it clear that she and Vaughn are "still on," says Suzanne Hartigan, who traveled from Georgia to Chicago for the taping and adds that Aniston is "just as beautiful as she is in pictures."

A car carrying Angelina Jolie peeled away from a traffic signal, reportedly in an effort to avoid photographers, and hit a man on a motorbike Wednesday, reports E! via NBC News.

Police confirmed to NBC that 19-year-old Mittal Rawat was hit by the vehicle while Jolie was riding in the car, reading the book Crimes of War: What the Public Should Know. The bruised but seemingly unhurt teenager was the one who pointed out that the actress' driver was looking to escape some enthusiastic paparazzi.

Nick Lachey: 'Newlyweds' Was Dumb Idea

Nick Lachey admits that choosing to do the MTV reality show "Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica" with then-wife Jessica Simpson might not have been a good decision. "It was among the dumber ideas I think I've ever seen executed in history," said the singer, in an appearance Wednesday on "Late Show With David Letterman." "For a while we actually enjoyed doing the show," he added, "(but) it just got to a place where it was so invasive, it became a problem."

Simpson and Lachey were divorced on June 30, 2006, after almost three and a half years of marriage. Their reality show ran for three seasons. Lachey said that it's too soon after the breakup for him to determine exactly what caused the end of his marriage, but he does think that being under the scrutiny of the reality show's cameras was certainly a factor. So, are they friends now? "I think both of us have handled it about as well as we possibly could under the microscope that we're under," he said. "I think, with time, it will give us a better opportunity to redefine our relationship."

His latest album, "What's Left Of Me," includes the singles "I Can't Hate You Anymore" and "Resolution," in addition to the title track. "The new album was certainly inspired by a lot of what I was going through in my personal life," said Lachey. Despite the very public split, Lachey hasn't given up on romance. "It hasn't squashed my concept of love or marriage," he said. "I think that certain situations are meant to work out and others aren't, and unfortunately, this one wasn't." Lachey said he's moved on and is dating but has decided to learn from the past and keep his private life private. Lately, he's been frequently photographed with television personality Vanessa Minillo, who appears in the video for "What's Left Of Me."

Hoping to establish themselves as mature actresses and to patch up their friendship, Lindsay Lohan and Jessica Simpson have agreed to appear in The Vagina Dialogues. The new, two-woman play by Harvard dropout Kaavya Viswanathan is scheduled to open on Broadway next summer.

The Vagina Dialogues tells the story of two estranged friends whose vaginas decide to have a heart-to-heart talk in order to bridge the gap between their respective caregivers. Although Ms. Lohan is not shy about stretching her vagina in new directions—witness her role in Prairie Home Vagina—Ms. Simpson was skeptical about the project at first.

"Golly," she said. "I can't even wiggle my ears, let alone, well, you know, make it talk." Neither Ms. Simpson nor Ms. Lohan was troubled by the prospect of being nude on stage for ninety minutes or by having to perform on "those days."

Following rehearsals this fall and winter, The Vagina Dialogues will embark on a novel pre-Broadway run. Instead of opening in theaters in Philadelphia, Boston, or Branson, Missouri, as most plays do, The Vagina Dialogues will be presented at colleges that celebrate V-Day.

Paris Hilton dumped boyfriend Travis Barker after a nasty catfight with an ex, according to a report. Hilton claims that Shanna Moakler, Barker’s estranged wife, called Hilton a “skinny bitch” and punched her in the jaw on Oct. 3 at the hot Los Angeles club Hyde, according to In Touch Weekly.

But Moakler insists that Hilton’s ex-boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos, pushed her down stairs and dumped a drink on her.

Update on Britney and the New Baby!

While Britney is recovering from the September 12th c-section birth of her second son, Sutton Pierce, her husband Kevin Federline has reportedly taken on the role of Mr. Mom. According to OK magazine, a source close to the family says the former backup dancer has had to take on the duties of caring for the couple's newborn and 1-year-old, Sean Preston.

"Britney pretty much spent the first week home in bed," the insider told the magazine. "The baby spends some of his day in his nursery and some of it with Britney. They have a bassinet on wheels to take him back and forth between the two rooms." Along with not being able to be too much of a hands-on mom right now, Britney has also chosen not to breastfeed Sutton, which enables Kevin to take on all parental responsibilty, including feeding.

"Britney had a hard time breastfeeding Preston and decided to go right to the bottle with the new baby," says the source. As for Pierce, as they seem to be calling him, his personality has made it much easier for the family's adjustment. "He's been a fantastic little guy," the insider says. "He's not fussy, and he's just like his mom in that he likes to sleep a lot."

Reportedly, big brother Sean Preston hasn't taken well to his parents having to share their attention with his new sibling or his mothers' inactivity while she is healing. "He is very much a mama's boy," says the family friend. "He constantly wants to be fed by Britney, carried around by Britney, entertained by Britney. She can't do that right now."

"Sean Preston's nickname is Wiggleworm because he's constantly moving... that's why he fell when his former nanny was trying to get him out of his high chair earlier this year... and Britney isn't comfortable having him in her bed right now. She's still coping with the pain of C-section and can't deal with a toddler jumping around on her. Kevin and Lynne are doing their best to keep him occupied, but he's fussier than ever."

The couple are also said to be looking for two nannies, one live in and one to come back and forth and help out. They are said to prefer a woman for their live-in nanny.

The poor father of the African tot being adopted by Madonna last night declared he was “so happy” the child was being whisked into a world of wealth. Yohane Banda, 32, earns just a few pounds a month growing potatoes and onions in a mud hut village in Malawi. But now his 13-month-old son David, also known as Davie, will grow up in luxurious splendour with the pop superstar — who has a fortune estimated at 248 Million.

Yohane, whose 28-year-old wife Marita died of complications a week after giving birth to the boy, said: “I’m very happy. As you can see there is poverty in my village.” The dad has not met Madonna, who chose Davie during visits to the orphanage where Yohane sent him. But he was told his son — who he could not afford to bring up — was being adopted by a “famous US musician”. He said: “I know he will be very happy in America. We are told David will be coming back regularly to know his roots.”

Why Paris and Nicole Reunited?

Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton decided to get back together “as friends” in order to complete the last year of their contract for “The Simple Life” reality show.

The show’s executive producer, Jon Murray, was threatening to put the famed frenemies on a “deserted island with a bunch of survivalists” for the forthcoming season when they called a truce and agreed to appear side-by-side in the show.

Paris had this to say about Nicole, "I love Nicole, and I'm so glad we're friends again. I missed her, she's like my sister - we've known each other 23 years. I'm glad we can put the feud behind us. I'm really happy she's back in my life."

Tara Admits to Botched Implants and Liposuction

In the new issue of Us Weekly, actress Tara Reid reveals that she underwent reconstructive surgery on Sept 6, 2006, to repair the damage done by a 2004 joint implant-liposuction procedure. Among her revelations:

  On why she had plastic surgery in the first place:
“I got my breasts done for the first time because my breasts were uneven. I was a 34-B, but the right one was always bigger than the left. I weigh 110 pounds now, but I always used to fluctuate by 10 pounds, so my skin was kind of saggy. I figured, I’m in Hollywood, I’m getting older, I’m going to fix them.”

  On what went wrong:
“First of all, I asked for big Bs, and he did not give me big Bs. He gave me Cs, and I didn’t want them. At all. Right after the surgery, I had some bumps along the edges of my nipples, but the doctor said, ‘Don’t worry, it’s going to be better.’ But after six months of ‘it’s going to get better,’ it started to get worse and worse.”

  On being intimate:

Jonny Depp and Vanessa Paradis are Going to get Married

Johnny Depp is set to marry his French lover Vanessa Paradis in a small ceremony at their home in the South of France next summer. A source revealed to Britain's Daily Express newspaper: "Johnny and Vanessa are planning to finally get married next summer at their villa. It will be a private event rather than a showbiz extravaganza."

The couple have been together for eight years and have two children, Lily-Rose, seven, and four-year-old Jack. The family split their time between Los Angeles and France. This is not the first time Johnny has been involved in wedding plans - he was engaged to actress Winona Ryder and Jennifer Grey and briefly married to musician Lori Anne Allison in 1983.

For many years Johnny was reluctant to marry again, insisting: "If you are together and you love each other and are good to each other, for all intents and purposes you are married." Vanessa, recently said: "Johnny is all I dreamed of. No one could love the way we love. He's a beautiful person so obviously he's a beautiful dad."

Lindsay Lohan has hit back at claims she is partying too hard - insisting she and her mom will decide if she needs to calm down. Lindsay has earned a reputation as one of Hollywood's biggest party girls during her short career. She was even photographed wearing no underwear during a recent night out in London (classy at least keep your legs closed).

Lindsay, insists she would slow down if her mother Dina told her to. I doubt Dina will say anything she is usually having a drink and dancing right next to her. She revealed to Britain's More magazine: "It's up to me and my mom to decide if I am partying too much. I'm an angel compared to some of my friends."

Supermodel Niki Taylor Engaged

Supermodel Niki Taylor, 31, is engaged to Burney Lamar, 26, a NASCAR Busch Series Driver. Lamar got down on one knee at Taylor’s parents’ house in Florida, on September 15 and asked for her hand. They plan to wed early next year. Taylor's manager Lou Taylor confirms the engagement.

The couple met in January 06 at a charity event. Niki said: "I looked at Burney and said to myself, 'This is the guy I'm going to marry.'" The ring is a custom-made 2-carat oval diamond in an antique setting, designed by Jerry Lindsey of Brentwood, Tennessee.

Taylor suffered a near-fatal car accident in 2001. After enduring over 41 surgeries, she has fully recovered and now owns a Nashville-area boutique called Abbie + Jesse's. She has twin boys, Jake and Hunter, age 11, with her ex-husband of two years, Matt Martinez, whom she divorced in 1996. Taylor also dated country music star Keith Urban on and off in 2002 and 2003. Urban married actress Nicole Kidman this past June.

"They had a meal last night. It's not my place to say what was discussed or the nature of the meal. But it's a good thing when people have a meal together." When asked if they're best friends again, Mintz said: "I wouldn't characterize it that way because I don't know if it was a business or personal discussion. Let's just watch it unfold."

According to the New York Daily News, Saved by the Bell alum, Dustin Diamond is about to have his moment. Sex tape broker to the stars, David Hans Schmidt (of Paris Hilton fame) has struck a deal with ClubRedLight.com to distribute the tape. While the actor formally known as Screech has publicly protested the sale, that's not stopping him from hitting The Howard Stern Show and MSNBC to chat it up this Wednesday.

Wilmer Valderrama is diving even deeper into the restaurant business. The star of That 70s Show and co-owner of three hot L.A. eateries – Dolce, Geisha House, and The Lodge – tells us he plans to expand his empire into Las Vegas. “I (am opening) a restaurant with Pure Management Group called Aspen,” he told us before grabbing the microphone to host Friday night festivities at Tangerine (Treasure Island). “It’s going to be a steakhouse. The feud between "The Simple Life" co-stars Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie appears to be over.

TMZ cameras were there as Paris and Nicole broke bread (or beef) at Dan Tana's Steakhouse in West Hollywood last night. The pair arrived together in Paris' Range Rover and caused a frenzy at the front door not seen since Mikhail Gorbachev and Ronald Reagan met in Geneva in 1985. And after their meal, the newly reunited pair shared a little tender text-messaging time on a bench at the valet stand before zooming off into the night.

The co-stars have been in a very public feud for some time now, some say triggered when Nicole Richie had a party and showed Paris' infamous sex tape to her guests. The spat spilled out onto their show and onto the social scene -- but whispers of a detente between the two celebutantes have been circulating. Still, this is the first time the pair have been seen out together in months. And, as TMZ observed, the two seemed to enjoy each other's company and to be glad to put their feud to rest.

Nicky Hilton rang in her 23rd birthday at the new LA club Area Thursday night. Nicky, Paris Hilton, Brandon Davis and others pulled up in a black SUV with the "Firecrotch" song BLARING from the car stereo, TMZ reports ( see video here).

There's a close call moments later, when the subject of the “Firecrotch” song, Lindsay Lohan shows up (looking about 40 years old -- be kind to your body, Lohan!).

At the end of the evening, Paris departs ceremoniously in a taxi. When asked why she was cabbing it, Paris responds, "My sister has the limo!"

And by “limo” she means Elliot Mintz, who’s duties have been expanded from publicist to ER/police station escort (to actually carrying the girls from club to club on his back, occasionally pulling over to In and Out burger when the girls give him a nudge in the ribs with a stilettoed foot).

Service held for Daniel in Mexia

Family and friends gathered at a church in this small town to mourn Anna Nicole Smith's 20-year-old son Daniel, who died last month while visiting his mother in the Bahamas after she gave birth to a daughter. About 50 people attended the hourlong memorial service Saturday at First Baptist Church of Mexia for the son of the former Playboy Playmate and reality television star and her former husband Billy Smith, who still lives in Mexia.

Billy Smith looked grief-stricken during and after the service, the Waco Tribune-Herald reported. Anna Nicole Smith did not attend and Daniel's body was not brought to Mexia for the service.

Most relatives hadn't seen Daniel in years, but they recalled that when he was a child he liked to wear cowboy apparel and ride horses in this town of about 6,000 people, some 85 miles south of Dallas. Cousins recalled playing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with him, and full-size cutouts of the cartoon characters lined the front of the church, the newspaper said.

Daniel Smith died Sept. 10 in his mother's hospital room in the Bahamas. According to a private autopsy, he died of an accidental combination of methadone and two antidepressants.

It keeps getting weirder: according to FOX news, "Talking to some insiders recently, I discovered that Cruise — when he invited Holmes to join him in Rome right after they met in April 2005 — gave the young actress a credit card with a $100,000 spending limit. He told her to go back to New York and buy whatever she needed for the trip.

Additionally, Cruise, friends say, did indeed have Katie’s car overhauled the day he met her. The order of events seems to have been an eight-hour meeting — yes, an eight-hour meeting — with Cruise to discuss “Mission: Impossible 3.”

During this time, Cruise told Holmes he didn’t like the dents and scrapes on her car, and took it from her. When he returned it the next day, it was like a miracle body lift had taken place. The rest is history.

I’ve said it before, and I will say it again: no one whom Holmes knew prior to her meeting Cruise has seen or heard from her since then. None of her close friends ever received word of her relationship, pregnancy or birth of baby Suri. And nearly none of them expect to be invited to a wedding.

“It’s very sad,” says one ex-friend. “She was a great girl.”

The celebrity couple were chased by photographers, cameramen and reporters forcing them to turn back after a 20-minute ride that took them past shops and department stores in downtown Pune, in western India. Several traffic signals slowed their short rickshaw ride. At every red light, security men traveling in a rickshaw behind jumped out and surrounded the three-wheeler to prevent the media from snapping pictures of Pitt and Jolie. They then returned to the Le Meridian hotel where they have been holed up since arriving on Thursday.

Her then-fiancé Jude Law apologized for an affair last year, but Sienna Miller has her own issues with monogamy, she says in a new interview.

"I don't know, monogamy is a weird thing for me," Miller, who is still seeing Law, tells Rolling Stone in its new issue. "It's an overrated virtue, because, let's face it, we're f–ing animals."

She says she was upset by the scandal – Law admitted he'd cheated with his kids' nanny – because it drew attention away from her acting. "Everything happened in the wrong order," she says. "You become very known for being someone's girlfriend, and all of a sudden there's all this hype and buzz for all the wrong reasons."

'Today' Show Host Lauer and Pregnant Wife Split

Today show host Matt Lauer and his wife of seven years, Annette, have officially separated. Lauer, 48, and his wife reportedly split in April, only to reconcile a short time later. A source tells Star magazine, "They were trying to work things out." The Dutch-born model, who is currently pregnant with the couple's third child, filed for divorce on Sept. 13 in Manhattan Supreme Court. The couple have a son, Jack, 5, and a daughter, Romy, 3. The source adds, "It's a pretty clean divorce--no fights, no custody disputes. They are following the pre-nup--no extreme demands or dramatic charges.

"Everyone's gone to great lengths to keep everything private."

Not only does M.M. pick fights with other patrons, sashay out of stalls with her sniffer covered in powder and even pass out in them, now she's takin' to doin' the girl-on-girl thang not so discreetly in these dark hangs!

Love the last sin, which, natch, ain't, but I'll just go along with my republican detractors for a sec and pretend like is it, 'kay?

Wilmer has had enough!

Somebody is getting sick and tired of Lindsay Lohan's antics. And it's not just you readers. It's her exboyfriend Wilmer Valderrama. Privately he has quietly started avoiding Lindsay whenever possible. When they split up awhile back, Wilmer wanted to remain friends but Lindsay's clingy behavior made it difficult. He's grown tired of her overpublicized life - her nightclub dramas and boyfriend-hopping. (Note that she has started carrying a water bottle to deflect suspicions of underage drinking) An insider revealed "Whenever she runs into Wilmer she gloms right onto him and he has to baby-sit her. Wilmer doesn't want to hurt her feelings, but now he often calls to ask if Lindsay is there before he goes to a club and if he walks in someplace and sees her - he turns around and leaves."

When asked about the new season of Laguna Beach during a red carpet strut on September 20, Laguna alumni Kristin Cavallari, 19, openly admittted that she'll take a pass on watching the new season. Hey Jude! Have you had too much to drink?

Jude Law and Sienna Miller were back together last night, and it seems that Law let his emotions run away with himself. Sienna turned up to a Pepe Jeans party at 17 Berkeley Street in Mayfair just before 9pm, and Jude turned up around an hour later. He made a beeline for her and they smiled and kissed amid the VIP champagne and cocktails. Sienna even found time to do a little DJ set.

By the time they left to head to the nearby Groucho club, Jude was more than a little unsteady on his feet. He stumbled his way into their waiting car and appeared to have a little cry in the back seat. The stress of their prolonged break-up had clearly got to him. He drowned his sorrows at the Groucho until 5am.

After seeing Leibovitz's 22-page family album of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes and their baby daughter Suri in Vanity Fair magazine last month, Spears approached the famed snapper to photograph her latest family addition. A friend tells British newspaper Daily Mirror, "She went gaga over the photos Liebovitz took of Tom, Katie and Suri. "She thought they looked like the perfect family and she'd love the same." Spears and Federline unveiled the first images of Sutton's older brother Sean Preston in People magazine last year.

Madonna Has Not Adopted

Madonna is in the southern African country of Malawi, where she is launching a series of humanitarian projects to benefit orphans – but despite a statement by a government official, she has not adopted a baby there, her rep says.

"I can confirm Madonna is in Malawi on a private visit," the singer's publicist, Liz Rosenberg, tells PEOPLE. "She is building an orphanage and child care center and is involved in other initiatives geared toward helping children orphaned by AIDS through the Raising Malawi organization. She has not adopted a baby, despite reports that she has."

Malawi government spokesperson Adrina Michiela told reporters on Wednesday that Madonna had chosen a 1-year-old orphan boy to adopt.

Paris: "Shanna Attacked Me"

Paris Hilton and Shanna Moakler have both filed police reports early Wednesday morning, alleging each attacked the other. Paris says Moakler socked her in the jaw. Moakler claims Paris' ex shoved her down some stairs.

Elliot Mintz, Paris' publicist, said that his client was at Hyde nightclub Wednesday night and at approximately 1:10 a.m. she says she was approached by Shanna, who allegedly began screaming obscenities at her. Hilton says at that point Moakler struck her in the jaw with a closed fist as she continued to shout profanities. Mintz says Moakler was restrained and several people helped Paris exit Hyde. Mintz says Hilton never touched Moakler.

Mintz and Hilton then went to the LAPD's Hollywood Division where she filed a police report, alleging battery. We're told Moakler also went to the station to file a report against Paris' companion that evening, Stavros Niarchos, alleging that he poured a drink over her head. Moakler alleges that Niarchos shoved her down some stairs.

We're told police took photos of both women at the station, though it's unclear if either showed visible signs of injury. Mintz said, "I would encourage Paris, with the consent of her attorney, to seek a restraining order against Moakler to prevent any escalation of this irrational and dangerous behavior." We're told some of the dancers from "Dancing with the Stars" witnessed the incident. Moakler was a contestant on the show but has already been eliminated from the competition.

TMZ spies were at the posh Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills Monday night, when John Mayer took a seat and began hitting on one of our spies. Our spy says Mayer invited her up to his room to "talk." She declined.

Jessica Simpson arrived at the bar a short time later and saw friend and producer Romeo Antonio sitting at a table, who has written several Simpson songs. Jessica approached Antonio and chatted for a bit. Antonio then left the table to use the bathroom and while he was in the restroom, Mayer walked in. A very serious Mayer asked if there was anything going on between Antonio and Simpson. Antonio said there was not.

Mayer then went back to the bar, chatted up Simpson for approximately 10 minutes and then the two left the bar together and took the elevator upstairs. We don't know what happened after that, but our spies never saw them again.

Paternity Suit Filed Against Anna Nicole

The Anna Nicole baby drama just got legal as Larry Birkhead filed a paternity suit against Anna Nicole Smith, his lawyer said Monday. The suit is requesting a judge to order Anna Nicole return her daughter Dannie Lynn to California, submit to a paternity test and have mother and child tested for drugs.

In a statement released tonight by Birkhead's high-powered attorney Debra Opri, Birkhead is asking for legal and physical custody of the little girl, born September 7th. According to the statement, Birkhead is "a first time father and he is responding to allegations made by attorney Howard K. Stern on behalf of Anna Nicole Smith" and "believes beyond any doubt that he is the father." Smith's lawyer Howard K. Stern announced last week on CNN's "Larry King Live" that he was the father of the child and that he and Anna Nicole had been in a relationship for some time.

Birkhead appeared live on with Rita Cosby on MSNBC last night and declared, once again, that he is the father of the little girl. He told Cosby that he is "outraged and angry" and claims that Anna Nicole deliberately fled to the Bahamas to avoid custody and visitation discussions. Cosby also asked Birkhead about unsubstantiated claims that Anna Nicole was pregnant once before with a child of Birkhead's but then miscarried, but Birkhead refused to comment.

Former 90210 star Jennie Garth and husband actor Peter Facinelli have welcomed their third child, a baby girl. Fiona Eve Facinelli was born Saturday at 6:30 a.m. and weighed in at 7 lbs. 8 oz. The girl, who measured 19 inches long, joins sisters Luca Bella, 9, and Lola Ray, 3. Garth, 34, and Facinelli, 32, married in 2001 in Santa Barbara, Calif. Facinelli, who starred in the FOX series Fastlane, has already fully embraced his role as dad, saying in 2002, "I can't imagine my life without my daughter. Whenever I have a bad day, I look in Luca's eyes, and it makes it all go away."

Amanda Peet 34, and Troy screenwriter David Benioff, 36, were married Saturday at Friends Seminary, a Quaker school (Peet is an alumnus) in New York City. The couple announced their engagement in July, 2005 after dating for four years. This is a first marriage for both.

The wedding was a black tie affair. Peet wore a strapless white dress with a black sash. She carried a bouquet of large white, pink and cream roses. The bride, who was all smiles, walked down the aisle to a string quartet playing Beethoven's Piano Concerto.

"It was a beautiful event," says the actress' friend, Ken Witty. "Amanda looked beautiful. They passed the rings around so every single person could touch them, which was unusual, but nice."

Celebrity guests included actor Mark Ruffalo and actress Elizabeth Berkley.

Celebrity wigs designed for babies up to nine months old and are set to hit the market, to the outrage of children's charities. There's a Bob Marley style dreadlock wig, a Samuel L Jackson afro as seen in movie Pulp Fiction and a Donald Trump comb-over - perhaps for that mature look.

For the girls there's flowing pink locks based on singer Lil' Kim. But Michelle Elliott of Kidscape said as well as unnecessary the wigs could be dangerous. "This is ridiculous. Any parent who buys one of these wigs for their child needs their head examining." Hmm I would have to agree.

Britney Spears has fired longtime publicist Leslie Sloane-Zelnick and taken charge of her own public relations, according to media reports. Sloane-Zelnick has been on hiatus since the beginning of September, after Spears insisted on handling the PR duties surrounding the birth of her second son Sutton Pierce, who was born on September 12.

Spears did manage to negotiate a lucrative deal for the exclusive rights to the first photos of Sutton. Although OK! magazine reportedly bid close to $2 million for the first photos, Spears turned down the deal and decided to go with People. People also published the first photos of her first child, Sean Preston, as well as the pictures from her wedding to Kevin Federline.

We hope Brit has dumped her PR team because frankly the past few years she has been viewed as nothing more than "A Hello my name is Earl" character. E! News is denying Radar Online's report that the pop star pulled a Jessica (or Joe) Simpson and gave her the boot, saying the duo have not parted ways.

Anna Nicole Smith married her long-time attorney and close confidante, Howard K. Stern, this morning just shortly before 10:30 am in Nassau, Bahamas. The wedding occurred only 18 days after the death of Anna's son Daniel, 20, from an accidental drug overdose in her Nassau hospital room on September 10.

In a world-exclusive report, an eyewitness tells Star that Anna, 38, and Howard, 37, tied the knot shortly before 10:30 am on the morning of September 28, while sailing on a white catamaran off of Nassau!

"There was heavy security around the yacht, plus extra speedboats to deliver more supplies as needed (including unlimited Dom Perignon champagne) from the mainland to the catamaran," says the eyewitness, who adds that the wedding party celebrated the union afterwards by having a swim party around the yacht — "and Anna was wearing a pink bikini! Later on, she changed into a colorful, one-piece suit with a wrap around her waist."

Two days before, on September 26, Stern appeared live on the Larry King Show via satellite from the Bahamas, to announce that he was the father of Anna's newborn daughter Danilynne Hope, that he and Anna "love each other" — and that the duo would get married "at some point." Apparently, that point arrived much sooner than later. A source adds: "Stern was making all the arrangements in the days before the wedding."

Pete buys two new syringes

Just three days and 15 hours after leaving The Priory, Pete Doherty has been spotted buying syringes. He emerged on Monday looking healthier than ever But yesterday he was seen visiting a chemist in Dublin to buy two hypodermic needles. Pete was staying at the city’s Morrison Hotel with girlfriend Kate Moss. The supermodel joined him on his sell-out Irish tour, which ends tonight at the Heineken Festival in Waterford. But yesterday lunchtime, before a gig, he left Kate’s side to sneak out and buy his secret package. At 12.05pm he walked into Health Express chemist in Millenium Ways, Dublin, on his own. Wearing a scruffy white T-shirt and black suit, he left minutes later putting a bag containing two syringes into his top pocket. An hour after he sprinted back to the couple’s hotel suite, Kate left to catch a plane back to London. This comes just days after Pete vowed to Kate he was clean from drugs and ready to marry her.

Jessica Simpson is not a happy camper lately - mentally or physically. Her mane-man, hairdresser and constant companion Ken Paves, was overheard telling people, "Well, what do you want her to do? [Bleep] her pants?" But a rep for Simpson denied any physical ailment and said, "there was a minor delay but simply because her voice has not yet healed."
