Britney Spears Heading to Miami!

Britney Spears plans to bid New York City farewell and head to Miami, where she'll continue working on her new album over the weekend. Spears is recording her first original album since 2003's In the Zone in studios in Miami, Los Angeles and New York City.

At a Louis Vuitton party in New York City on Thursday night, producer Pharrell Williams said he'd be helping out. Asked about upcoming projects, he said, "The stuff I’m about to do is amazing, but I don’t like talking about what I’m about to do." He paused, then said, "Okay, I’m going in with Britney."

Meanwhile, Spears was at Manhattan's Sony Music recording studio from about 9:30 to 11:00 p.m. Thursday night, then back again from 12:50 to 5:30 Friday morning. After leaving the studio, on her way back to her hotel she stopped by a local drug store, where she checked out baby items and tried on sunglasses and a Santa hat.

Shanna Moakler: I Wanted My Marriage to Work

Shanna Moakler is baring all for the first time about her shattered marriage to rocker Travis Barker. “I really believe in my heart that I did everything that I possibly could have done,” Shanna said. “I think it was all done on purpose, and you won. You absolutely devastated me,” she admitted. “It was really painful.” Shanna confided that her 2-year marriage to the Blink 182 drummer began to sour during the making of their MTV reality series, “Meet the Barkers.” She said the ever-present cameras took a toll on their relationship. “We wouldn’t have had certain problems if we didn’t have that reality TV show,” Shanna firmly stated. The couple filed for divorce just as Shanna began competing on “Dancing with the Stars,” and Travis started seeing party-girl Paris. “For him to go with her was probably a very vindictive, spiteful thing to do,” the beauty queen confessed.



Shanna admitted that she confronted Travis about romanticizing Paris, but he denied it. That is, until he was actually caught kissing her in a New York City nightclub by cameras. “And then I saw the pictures, and I felt like a fool,” Shanna admitted. 
Moakler said the night club kiss was a double whammy because Paris had also gone out with her former flame, boxing golden boy Oscar de la Hoya, after they split. “For her to do it not once, but twice to me, was also, I think, in the poorest of taste,” she said. An embattled Shanna was so angry that when she came toe-to-toe with Paris at Hyde nightclub in Hollywood, they burst into a wild catfight that resulted in both women filing police reports alleging each had hit the other.


For the first time, Shanna set the record straight about that fateful night. “I just had words with her, that’s it,” she insisted. “I absolutely had words with her, and I think any woman has that right to be like, 'It’s not cool. What you’re doing is not cool."



Shanna also shared this little secret with us! “I am dating; I’ve met someone, and he’s your average guy,” she gushed. 
But for now, it’s all about living in the moment. Just last weekend, Shanna celebrated her newfound freedom with her very own divorce party in Las Vegas. “I’ve already sat home and cried a hundred years,” she said. “I wanted to go out with my girlfriends and have a wonderful time.”

Pamela Anderson, 39, and her husband, musician Kid Rock, 35, have suffered a miscarriage. A spokesperson for Pamela Anderson confirms that the actress suffered a miscarriage late last week in Vancouver, Canada while filming her new movie, Blond on Blonder.

Anderson’s rep Tracy Nguyen, is asking that, “Pamela’s privacy be respected at this time.” A source says that Anderson was not far along, and that the pregnancy was at its early stages. “It is what it is,” says the source. “It was early enough.” The source confirms that the actress did not go to the hospital to be treated, but instead had a doctor come to her to determine the miscarriage. The stress and the pressure of her rigorous filming schedule is believed to have caused the miscarriage.

“She will keep trying. She really wants another baby with Bob,” says the source. Anderson and her husband, Kid Rock, were married on August 3 of this year. The actress has two children with her former husband, Tommy Lee; Brandon, 10, and Dylan, 8.

Brian Austin Green To Marry Actress Megan Fox!

Former Beverly Hills 90210 star Brian Austin Green has proposed to his girlfriend of two years, actress Megan Fox. The 33-year-old star, who played Tori Spelling's love interest David Silver on the hit series, was previously engaged to co-star Vanessa Marcil. Green and Marcil have one son together, Kassius, four.

Fox, 20 has appeared on the sitcoms Hope & Faith and Two And A Half Men and appears in the upcoming Transformers film. Green tells publication Us Weekly that no official wedding date has been set and that the couple may decide to elope.

When Keith Urban, 39, took home the best male vocalist trophy at the Country Music Association Awards in Nashville on November 6, pal Ronnie Dunn (of country duo Brooks & Dunn) ran onstage to read a letter penned by the star: "I'm pained not being there with y'all tonight," it said.

  Where was he? Well... since he entered treatment for alcoholism on October 19, Nicole Kidman's husband of four months has been in an inpatient program at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California, where celebs such as Johnny Cash and Anna Nicole Smith have gotten help.

  "Keith is expected to be in rehab for 35 to 40 days," a source close to Kidman tells Us. During that time, he'll attend group therapy, lectures and spiritually focused programs (costs start at $21,000). On November 5, Kidman, also 39, dropped by for a two-hour visit. "They look forward to resuming their life together," says a source. Both stars' reps had no comment.

Hopefully the program will work better for him than it did for Anna Nicole!

Kevin Federline has responded to his estranged wife's divorce petition. Federline is asking for legal and physical custody of the couple's children. Sources tell say that Federline will fight Spears on the custody issue. In the response, Federline is asking the judge to award Spears visitation. Federline is also asking the court to award him spousal support.

Reese Files Divorce Petition

TMZ obtained Witherspoon's divorce petition, in which the actress is asking the court for joint legal custody of the couple's two children. Reese is asking for primary physical custody. Witherspoon is asking the judge to block any attempt on Phillippe's part to get spousal support. Reese is asking the judge to allow her "exclusive use of the family residence."

The couple does not have a prenup, which means earnings during the marriage will be divided 50/50. The couple was married for seven years. They met at Reese's 21st birthday party. Witherspoon lists the date of separation as October 30, citing "irreconcilable differences." Witherspoon separated from Phillippe on October 30.

One of Hollywood's most beautiful couples, Rosario Dawson and Jason Lewis, have reportedly split.

The actress was overheard telling a friend about the break-up in a New York restaurant over the weekend, explaining she was having to fly to Los Angeles to clear her belongings from the Hollywood home she shares with the former "Sex & the City" hunk.

Dawson and Lewis started dating in 2004 and moved in together a year ago. Dawson has often cooed about her man, a former model, in interviews. In one recent article, she gushed, "He's just a wonderful human being. He's generous and loving and intelligent and warm and funny."

A publicist who represents both Lewis and Dawson had not responded to calls when WENN went to press.

Singer Madonna was bruised on her cheek by a photographer at London's Heathrow Airport. The incident took place over the weekend, and Madonna was carrying her adopted son, David, in her arms. A source close to the singer told People magazine, "She had the baby in her arms when it happened. When she landed in London, there was a lot of pushing and shoving. She was jostled around. She got hit in the paparazzi's commotion." Little David was not injured. The source added, "Thank God the baby is OK." Madonna was promoting her new children's book, "Too Good to Be True", last weekend in London.

Britney's Perfect Timing: Was It All About the Prenup?

Britney Spears didn’t pick Nov. 6 as the day to file for divorce from Kevin Federline by accident.

She filed two years and one month from the day of her marriage, on Oct. 6, 2004. Her prenup, according to legal theorists, evidently carried increases for Federline for every year of their marriage. And those deadlines, they say, likely had 30-day grace periods.

Hence, Nov. 6 would have been Britney's last chance to get out of paying a third year of alimony settlement to a basically talentless slacker who was a drain on her finances.

And in the end, money is probably what Spears’ divorce is all about. Since she deliberately showed off a new trim body on David Letterman’s show the other night, Spears is obviously getting ready to go back to work. If a new album and tour are on the boards, Spears obviously doesn't want to share the proceeds with Federline. It was clearly better to get out now, so that K-Fed can lay claim to only half of Spears’ earnings during what has been the most fallow period in her career.

Lohan Gets in Another Car Accident

Singer/actress Lindsay Lohan reportedly fears she "will end up like Princess Diana" following a car crash in Los Angeles Tuesday night. The star was chased by a photographer who slammed into the back of her Mercedes after she left celebrity nightspot Hyde at around 2am.

A source says, "She was apparently able to drive a short distance from the crash, but she later pulled over and called a friend to pick her up." She had been spotted looking upset earlier in the evening. It says, "Lohan appeared a little upset and teary-eyed under a hooded shirt (before) speeding off, alone,"

Lohan's spokesperson, Leslie Sloane Zelnick confirmed the crash, but was unable to comment on whether the incident had been reported to the police, according to New York Daily News. It is the latest in a series of run-ins with the paparazzi for Lohan - in a recent incident photographers tried to hit her Cadillac Escalade.

Newly single and icy cool, Britney Spears took to the world famous ice skating rink at Rockefeller Center in New York tonight, in a post-filing-of-papers celebratory skate. With K-Fed in the deep freeze, she has reason to celebrate. Brit's manager Larry Rudolph helped the blonde pop tart stay upright, while hordes of amazed tourists took pictures and watched the teen idol skate. Once Britney got her balance, she was twirling and putting on quite a show -- just two hours after news of her split was announced.

Just before skating, she did some damage at a local Gap store to pick up an outfit for the rink. She looked fine in her slick black pants, plunging neckline and white hat (the good guys always wear a white hat). She had been seen earlier leaving her hotel, and dining at Italian bistro Baldoria, protected by dark glasses and a large bodyguard.

Ryan Phillippe: 'I'm Not a Perfect Person'

Ryan Phillippe has been mum about his split from wife Reese Witherspoon since their divorce was announced on Oct. 30 – until now. In an exclusive statement to PEOPLE, Phillippe says, “I’m not a perfect person, but I’m not guilty of a lot of the things I have been accused of. My priority is and always has been the health and safety of my family." Phillippe, 32, and Witherspoon, 30, have a daughter Ava, 7, and son Deacon, 3.

Phillippe will not comment on reports that a relationship with Abbie Cornis – the Australian actress who costars with him in an upcoming film – played a role in the demise of his seven-year marriage to Witherspoon. But his reps vehemently deny other recent allegations of hard partying and drug use.

It’s no secret that Phillippe has always enjoyed hitting the clubs with friends. He and Witherspoon "would fight over that kind of thing all the time. He got away with a lot and he knows it," according to a source at a Santa Monica bar that Phillippe used to frequent. His rep, however, denies it: "Look, he went out, she went out, it wasn’t a point of conflict." Others who know them say Phillippe often stayed at his Venice office after arguments with Witherspoon, sometimes "for days a time," says the source. "He said she hated that." Whatever happens next, says a Phillippe pal, "I know they love their kids to death. So they'll do what they can to keep it from turning ugly."

Divorce Docs Prove Britney Faked Her "Wedding"

In the wake of Britney Spear's bombshell split from Kevin Federline, the pop princess has revealed a major secret about her highly publicized and widely photographed wedding -- it was a fraud!

Spears and Federline celebrated what many thought was their wedding day on Sept. 18th, 2004 at the Studio City home of wedding planner Alyson Fox. Roughly 25 close friends and family members reportedly attended, including Spears' mother and sister.

However, according to the divorce papers filed by Spears, her marraige to K-Fed didn't occur until Oct 6th -- nearly three weeks after the "secret" nuptials went down.

Us Weekly obtained what they claimed were authentic legal documents signed by Spears and Federline and their attorneys. The documents, published on thesmokinggun.com state that the event that happened on Sept. 18 was a "faux ceremony," and also state that the pop duet had to work out a prenup before tying the knot for real.

Britney's rep fired back at the reports, telling Us Weekly at the time, "This is all ludicrous. They are happily married, and I have no reason to believe otherwise." Yeah, right.

Now, with the official date on the record books, we know that they got hitched after the blitz. With Brit reportedly worth $32 million at the time of the wedding, the former Mouseketeer was smart to ink a deal before signing her marriage license!

"Don’t believe the Britney divorce. I’m sort of in with her circle of friends and I know for a fact she’s not going to leave him. She’s just doing this to scare him and gain some sympathy votes from the media. She went on Letterman, cause Kevin thought she was at the hotel crying over him. She is using the divorce to scare him. They are already talking to each other and texting all the time on their mobiles. She always threatened divorce on him and he never believed her. She’s hoping he will change his ways. Brit and Kev's Final Blowout

Friends close to Britney Spears and Kevin Federline weren’t surprised that Spears filed a petition for divorce on Tuesday in L.A. County Court citing "irreconcilable differences." Source tell Us Weekly that the couple had a final blowout last week that pushed their marriage to the breaking point.

  At a bash for Federline's album release at club Xenii in L.A. on October 31, the couple, say sources, had an explosive argument. While Federline worked the crowd (onstage earlier in the night he yelled, "Ladies, I love you!"), Spears was hidden away in an upstairs dressing room.

  Before Halloween night was officially over, the pop star, dressed in a black minidress and barefoot, made a dramatic exit. "She ran down the stairs crying and stormed out," a witness says. "Her eyes were swollen and her eyeliner was smudged. She looked like a complete mess." Federline didn't run after his wife.

  Matters remained unresolved by the time the couple headed east (Spears even postponed her NYC arrival by one day), and the pop star was spotted welling up in public again on November 2 while having dinner with a male friend at Library, her hotel's restaurant. "She cried on and off the whole meal," an onlooker tells Us.

  What else happened last week that caused Spears to start the divorce proceedings? How did the couple end up in separate hotels? Why didn't Britney show up to Kevin's concert in NYC on November 4? What was the argument that kept resurfacing?

There is a rumor going around that K-Fed may have been unfaithful at one of his shows quite possibly the NYC show where he allegedly was seen kissing someone? More to come!

Britney and Kevin the Prenup Details!

Details are already emerging over their pre-nuptual agreement. Pre-marriage, K-Fed was dancing his way to $30,000 a year. Post marriage? From an Us Magazine article from December 2005, the details of their pre-nup:

• K-Fed won’t touch a penny of Britney’s money. All the millions belonging to Britney will stay that way.
• The mansion will be divided 50/50.
• Any gift given worth over $10,000 will go back to the original purchaser. This includes a custom-built motorcycle Brit gave K-Fed for Christmas 2 years ago.
• She will still support him for a little while longer. Brit will pay Kevin $30,000 a month for the period of time that is half the length of their marriage. Meaning he’ll be well sneakered until at least a year from now.
• Spears won’t pay child support. Federline is still responsible for supporting his other two children with previous baby momma Shar Jackson. Luckily, Britney should be able to put food on the table for at least another 200,000 more years.

Divorce for Britney and Kevin!

TMZ obtained the legal papers, filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences." In her petition, Spears asks for both legal and physical custody of the couple's two children, one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James, with Federline getting reasonable visitation rights.

As for money, sources tell TMZ the couple, who married in Oct. 2004, has an iron-clad prenup. Not surprisingly, Spears is waiving her right to spousal support. She's also asking the judge to make each party pay their own attorney's fees.

Spears gives the date of separation as yesterday, the same day she flaunted her incredible revamped physique during a surprise appearance on David Letterman's show. Sources tell TMZ there was no single reason for Britney pulling the plug, rather, it was "a string of events."

Beverly Hills, 90210 Stars Reunite for DVD Release Party!

It was like old times back at the Peach Pit on Friday night, as the cast of Beverly Hills, 90210 – minus Brenda and Dylan – reunited in (where else?) Beverly Hills for the DVD release of the show's 1990 debut season. "We always worked hard to stay together as a cast," Jason Priestley, a.k.a. Brandon Walsh, told USA Today. Priestley was joined by a five-months-pregnant Tori Spelling, who played Donna, along with Jennie Garth (Kelly), Ian Ziering (Steve), Brian Austin Green (David) with GF Megan Fox, and Gabrielle Carteris (Andrea).

Garth, 34, said, "I wanted to support the show that gave me all I have this day." Plus, she added, "I didn't want to be the one who didn't come." That distinction fell to two main players: Shannon Doherty, who played Brenda Walsh, and Luke Perry, who played Dylan.

Spelling, 33, arrived about an hour after her costars, and said that since she's been pregnant, she's been learning new things every day. "Things that you never knew you'd take interest in," she said. "I'm just excited to have a family." The nausea and fatigue she experienced during her first trimester are almost gone, she said, and she's looking forward to starting prenatal yoga and Pilates. Spelling has been e-mailing with Jennie Garth, who made her first public appearance at the DVD release since giving birth Sept. 30 to daughter Fiona Eve, her third child with husband Peter Facinelli. Of Spelling, Garth said: "I think that she's going to be a really sweet, loving mommy and very attentive and supportive."

Man Busted After Allegedly Threatening to Kill Duff

Hilary Duff's alleged 18-year-old stalker has been arrested and sources tell TMZ the bust occurred after the man threatened to kill Duff this weekend. Manhattan Beach cops arrested Maksim Miakovsky, an 18-year-old Russian emigre, at a Residence Inn last Friday. He was booked on charges of making criminal threats and stalking.

TMZ first reported last month that Duff and her boyfriend, Joel Madden, were terrified that Miakovsky would do harm to them. Duff and Madden asked for a restraining order, alleging that Miakovsky "has stated his intention of 'removing' his 'enemies' (i.e., those who prevent him from being with her), has stated his intention of purchasing a weapon, and has threatened to kill himself and to engage in dramatic actions to get her attention."

Sources tell TMZ that last Friday, a private investigator from Sunset Protective Services contacted Miakovsky at the Residence Inn and Miakovsky stated his intention of killing Duff on Sunday at an event she was scheduled to attend. According to legal papers filed by Duff, Miakovsky came to the U.S. "for the sole purpose of meeting and becoming romantically involved with Ms. Duff." Miakovsky is currently being held on $200,000 bail at the Manhattan Beach jail. He's scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.

Tori and Dean's New Reality Show

Tori Spelling's latest stint on reality TV has been given the green light - she will star in a new series with her actor husband Dean McDermott as they choose a bed-and-breakfast in southern California to buy and refurbish. The still-untitled show will air on the Oxygen network and the six half-hour episodes will debut next spring (07).

According to producer Randy Burbato the couple "may be actors, but they're also very entrepreneurial. They wanted to create a real business." The cameras will also follow the couple as they prepare for their roles as expectant parents. The final episode of the show is expected to coincide with the baby's birth in March (07).

The "Sober Chip" worn by Lindsay Lohan as she was trailed by paparazzi yesterday didn't represent her own sobriety. "It was a tribute to a friend who's been sober 90 days," said Lohan's rep. The friend, who turned to Alcoholics Anonymous for help getting off the sauce, is the one who gave Lohan a red poker chip that reads, "90 Days." An AA rep told Page Six that some other organizations supply chips but that "there's no such thing as an AA chip."

YES! 'Sex and the City' Movie Back On?

The film version of Sex And The City is back on track after negotiations with the series' four leading ladies made significant progress this week. Stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Kim Cattrall and Cynthia Nixon were set to star in the big screen version of the hit show before the project collapsed. US Ok! magazine reports exclusively that a studio source has confirmed that the long-postponed project is closer to becoming a reality after "substantial negotiations have opened with each of the stars' teams this week." According to the studio insider, "Obviously, there is still a lot to be worked out contractually, but it would be amazing to get this project off the ground. There is no doubt that fans cannot wait to see them all reunited."

Rumors have circulated since the show ended in 2004 that the project was unable to get off the ground because of behind-the-scenes drama between the actresses. Kim Cattrall reportedly refused to appear in the feature film, which reportedly doomed the project. According to sources, enough time has passed and the stars are willing to put their differences aside and move forward with the highly anticipated project.

First and foremost, I find playing a seperation out in the public arena not only immature, but quite frankly in poor taste, BUT I feel I have to stand up for myself at this point. Airing dirty laundry is not a hard task, it doesn't take any skill on putting your ex's personal business or faults out in the public. It doesnt take a lot of skill to LIE to make others look bad. I do not conveniently and for my best interest edit and leave huge parts of the stories out. I have since tried to take the high road and turn the other cheek even when my soon to be ex was verbally bashing me on the Internet, in the media and flaunting his spiteful and vindictive relationships in my face. I am NOT the one running around the world with the town drug obsessed clown who is the epitome of everything I claim I am NOT! I have been forced to defend myself, my character and my morals and values all the while still not putting my ex on blast. Travis has made our marriage and all that we stood for a joke at this point with his actions and creative story telling and I will find it very hard to ever forgive him. I have no problems going to Vegas and celebrating a day that wasn't the end of my life, but the beginning, beside being mentally and verbally abused in my marriage, I sat home alone ignored and disrespected and I still wasn't the one who left because I took my vows seriously and they actually meant something to me! This is not a new concept, infact this has nothing to do with me having a party in Vegas at all and my ex knows that. I will not after this day spend another ounce of energy defending myself to a camp of people whose motives are to LIE and knock others down when they find happiness. At the end of the day, I have had many accomplishments BEFORE my marriage and I'll have many more after, I moved to california to become an actress when I was 19! I've worked hard, I feel blessed to have the opportunities that I have and I don't feel an ounce of guilt for taking them. I'm sorry that my ex feels I am beneath him as a person, as a woman and that I am not worthy of him and his band of flunkys, I guess i will have to live with that.

Anna Nicole's True Baby Daddy; Drug Use Alleged: Xanax Baby!

The real father of Anna Nicole's baby has been unmasked, and Anna Nicole's drug use exposed, according to a sworn declaration obtained by TMZ. In sealed court documents filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Laurie Payne, a woman who spent considerable time with Anna Nicole during her pregnancy, claims that the former Playboy Playmate confessed to her in phone calls and instant messages that Larry Birkhead is the father of her baby girl. In her declaration, Payne, who signed the document under penalty of perjury, adds that Smith told her that, prior to her pregnancy with Dannielynn, she miscarried an unborn baby, also fathered by Birkhead.

Payne alleges in her declaration that Anna Nicole was taking methadone and Xanax in May, 2006, during her pregnancy. She says that she actually administered pills to Smith from a bottle marked "Methadone" and that she "personally observed" Smith taking "a rather high dose of Xanax" around the same time. Smith's son Daniel is believed to have had a lethal combination of methadone, in addition to prescription anti-depressants in his system when he died Sept. 10.

Payne, who lives in Myrtle Beach, SC, says that she met Smith in July, 2005 in the Florida Keys, where they spent "several days" with their mutual friend, South Carolina real estate developer G. Ben Thompson. Payne adds that she also spent considerable time with Smith in Myrtle Beach and in the Florida Keys in November and December 2005, and from May-July 2006.

In an e-mail Smith sent to Payne, which is attached to Payne's declaration, Anna Nicole seems to say she had sex a total of three times with only two people during the time of conception: "well one of two people once in dec and twice in jan............you do the math but I hear someone cant do what has been done." TMZ has confirmed Thompson told Anna Nicole last May that he couldn't be the father because he had a vasectomy, thus the comment, "someone cant do what has been done."

As for Howard K. Stern, Smith's lawyer who is listed as the baby's father on her birth certificate, Payne says Anna Nicole Smith herself said he wasn't the father. Payne says in her declaration: "I asked her why she did not just go into a relationship with Stern, to which (Anna Nicole) responded, 'EWWW...GROSS!!! No way!! I would never!'"

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, have received threats on their lives from al-Qaeda, The Financial Express reports. The couple are currently shooting the film A Mighty Heart, based on the life of Daniel Pearl, the Wall Street Journal reporter who was killed at the hands of al-Qaeda militants in Pakistan in 2002.

  British security experts were flown to Pune earlier this week, after being alerted by neigbouring Pakistan that the couple might be targeted because of the political nature of the film. The terror fear is also said to be the reason behind the decision to shoot the movie in Pune, as opposed to Pakistan, where the events actually took place.

  After assessing the inputs on from various intelligence agencies, India has provided the couple with Y category security while in Pune, Intelligence Bureau sources said in New Delhi on Thursday.

More Drugs Found In Daniel Smith's System

Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel had up to seven drugs in his system when he died on Sept. 10, toxicology reports indicate. Dr. Cyril Wecht, a private pathologist hired by the Smith family, confirms that the antidepressant Amitriptyline, as well as two over-the-counter cold medicines, were found in Daniel's body along with methadone and the antidepressants Lexapro and Zoloft. Sources also say that a mild over-the-counter sedative was found in the 20-year-old's system.

However, Wecht said the other medications played no role in Daniel's death, and reiterated his assertion that Daniel was killed by the combination of Lexapro, Zoloft and methadone. Of the other medications, he said, "The levels are insignificant and they don't mean a thing. They're of no consequence."

Kate Bosworth Avoids Interview Due To Weight Questions

An Australian newspaper has accused Kate Bosworth of canceling an interview when she discovered she would be quizzed about her weight. The actress was scheduled to talk to Sydney newspaper the Sun-Herald during a trip to the country to attend the Melbourne Cup horse racing event.

But editors claim Bosworth's management insisted on vetting questions intended for the actress and pulled the plug after spotting a question about the media attention surrounding her weight.

Recent pictures of the star looking thin and gaunt have prompted speculation she is suffering from an eating disorder.

Courtney Love Dropped Acid at the age of 4

Courtney Love has revealed she took LSD when she was just four-years-old.

The singer, the widow of late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, insists taking the hallucinogenic drug at such a young age had improved her mind. Courtney, 42, told Rolling Stone magazine: "Because I was given acid at four, I think my mind was freed."

The wild rocker also spoke about selling part of her stake in Nirvana's music for $50 million dollars.

She said: "Before that, I'd saved $4,000. We were almost ready to apply for food stamps. I sold 25 percent of the music to a guy named Larry Mestel who's been great, fucking great. Some of his ideas are a little cheesy. The last thing we want is 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' selling Coca Cola.

Madonna Speaks About Controversy On Upcoming Interviews

Madonna talks in detail about her controversial adoption of David, a 1-year-old boy from Malawi, calling the media scrutiny surrounding it “depressing,” and a “dark moment.”

Reports of the adoption by the pop star angered some civil rights groups, and became the subject of tabloids and late-night talk show jokes for a week.

“When I had my daughter, people accused me that I did it as a publicity stunt. I expected that. I didn’t expect to be accused of kidnapping, or of doing something illegal. I didn’t expect to be demonized.”

The negative press, she says, made her feel sad about the state of the world. “With all the chaos, pain and suffering in the world — the situation in Iraq, with Iran and North Korea — the fact that my adoption of a child who was living in an orphanage was the number one story for a week in the world ... to me, that says more about our inability to focus on the real problems, and our desire to have distractions and to be consumed with gossip.”

Patrick Dempsey a wife beater?

Patrick Dempsey’s first wife accused the “Grey’s Anatomy” star of beating her, according to court papers obtained by the National Enquirer. Rochelle “Rocky” Parker claimed that Dempsey once broke her finger in a car door and further charged that “while we were on the set of his [1987] movie ‘Can’t Buy Me Love’ he beat me up because he wanted to see what it was like to beat a woman,” the tab is reporting.

Dempsey and Parker married in 1987, when he was 21 and she was 47. She filed for divorce in 1991, citing “irreconcilable differences,” reportedly after he told her that he had met another woman. Now, Parker is distancing herself from those accusations. After the Enquirer contacted Dempsey’s rep for comment, Parker released a statement saying that during the messy divorce she had been advised to make those accusations and others — which she now says are false.

Only days earlier, however, Parker reportedly discussed the alleged beating with the Enquirer, which quotes her as saying, “After [the alleged violence on the set of ‘Can’t Buy Me Love’] he never beat me up again” and also added that she had forgiven Dempsey because forgiveness is “the only thing that really heals us.”

Brad Pitt struts his stuff on the cover of December's Vanity Fair -- and no one was more surprised to see the steamy cover on stands than Brad himself.

Brad shot the photos, taken by artist Robert Wilson, in September 2005, but didn't have any idea at the time -- or anytime since -- that they would be used for the cover of VF. Pitt had agreed to be in Wilson's avant-garde video art project last year, and signed a legal release at the time for the still and video images taken in the shoot. But until the Vanity Fair cover emerged this week, Pitt didn't know that he would be the magazine's coverboy.

Pitt's rep "We are very disappointed that Vanity Fair has chosen to put an unauthorized cover on their magazine. It seriously makes me question their integrity and motives."

The Playboy Mansion Halloween Party!

The usually stately Playboy Mansion was mutated into a macabre lightning-lit, fog-drenched house of horrors for Hef's all-out annual Halloween party. With gargoyles looming overhead, stars like Leonardo DiCaprio, Owen Wilson, Yankee Gary Sheffield, Paris and Nicky Hilton, Garry Shandling and Desperate Housewives' Shawn Pyfrom arrived in the driveway graveyard and made their way through the haunted manse. Inside the party, Horny Devil Hef sat in front of the dance floor and held court with his girlfriends Holly (as Tinkerbell), Bridget (as Medusa) and Kendra (as a pimp).

The ENQUIRER (I know not very reliable) has uncovered a shocking scandal behind the breakup and learned exclusively that Reese ended her marriage after she found secret messages that husband Ryan Phillippe sent to another woman on his BlackBerry, say sources.

The ENQUIRER has also learned that Ryan became EXTREMELY close to Abbie Cornish, his beautiful Australian co-star on a recently filmed movie with the working title "Stop Loss." In fact, after the last day of filming in Austin, Texas, Ryan and Abbie had a cozy dinner alone at Kenichi, an Asian restaurant. "They came into the restaurant a month ago, both casually dressed in warm-up outfits," an eyewitness told The ENQUIRER. "They asked for the restaurant staff to pull curtains around their table, so no one could see them." But, according to one unconfirmed posting on an internet blog, a diner could see around the partition and claimed to watch them making out.

Reese discovered Ryan’s messages when she accompanied him to New York for the premiere of his movie "Flags of Our Fathers" on Oct. 16. At the premiere the couple smiled and posed for photos together, "but when they got back to the hotel, Reese found Ryan’s BlackBerry, which he’d carelessly left in the bathroom - and she read it," said the source. "Ryan was caught red-handed. All he could say was he didn’t mean what he’d written to the other woman." Ryan went to Morocco to finish filming "Stop Loss" and hoped Reese would cool off while he was gone.

But when he got home to their Brentwood, CA., mansion in late October, he was no longer welcome. The marriage was over and Reese kicked him out. Before announcing the split, Reese contacted Los Angeles celebrity divorce attorney Robert Kaufman, who has represented Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Marie Presley.

Angelina Preggers Again!

With three kids under five already, and in the midst of filming A Mighty Heart, it seems that nothing can stop Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s plans to extend their family.  Angelina was seen in the Pune, India airport en route to meet up with Brad in suspiciously baggy clothing, and carrying a shawl to cover what witnesses tell Star seemed to be another baby bump!  Angelina wore similar loose clothing when she was pregnant with Shiloh almost a year ago.  Another source tells Star that Angelina has been experiencing nausea and has switched her birth control for pre-natal vitamins, two tell-tale tips that baby number four is on its way.  Brad and Angelina are both thrilled, since the proud papa wants 6 kids and Angelina wants 13!

What Went Wrong?

Still trying to figure out what happened? There are quite a few rumors going around that Ryan has cheated on Reese while on location with multiple girls, for Reese's sake we hope this is not the case. This came out today on Fox News:

..they came to the opening night party for Ryan's performance in Clint Eastwood's "Flags of our Fathers." It was not a pretty scene. Reese was packing away cosmos and chatting happily with just about anyone, but it was clear she was peeved about something.

The party took place in the rooftop penthouse suites of the Soho Grand Hotel, and what I saw next was something I decided not to print at the time. The couple went out on the roof terrace and had a knock-down, drag-out fight. It looked like something from "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?"

My line of vision was partially blocked by a big exhaust pipe, so at different times during the fight they were obscured. But then Ryan would appear, disgusted, on one side of it, and Reese on the other. Suddenly, Reese stormed back inside, crossed past me and headed for the elevator. Ryan followed in hot pursuit. Thus, their security guards assigned for the night went running after them, thinking that they were leaving. After a couple of minutes, though, clearer heads prevailed. The couple came back from the elevator with security in tow. Perhaps they'd forgotten that many members of Ryan's family, including his grandmother, were still in the room, oblivious to what was going on.

Hmmm...this sounds very similar to what we heard a few weeks ago regarding the public fight.

Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon Split! Ryan Phillippe, 32, and Reese Witherspoon, 30, have separated. The couple's rep released a statement Monday saying, "We are saddened to announce that Reese and Ryan have decided to formally separate. They remain committed to their family and we ask that you please respect their privacy and the safety of their children at this time.

  Sources tell TMZ that Witherspoon has contacted celebrity divorce lawyer Robert Kaufman, who has represented Jennifer Aniston, Roseanne Barr and Lisa Marie Presley. The couple of seven years have two children, Eva, 7, and Deacon, 3. No one specific event is said to have triggered the split. A source says that the decision to separate was “cumulative.” The couple have admitted to attending marriage counseling. Divorce papers have not yet been filed.

After nearly 60 days apart, Jennifer Aniston has arrived to see Vince Vaughn. On the night of October 27, Us has learned that the actors shared the penthouse suite at a London hotel, where the pair ordered room service (steak, veal and red wine). It was the first time the on-off-on again couple had seen each other since their break up (a split that an Aniston friend later downgraded to a "break"). The next day, on Saturday, October 28, the couple took in a matinee performance of the musical Wicked, then returned to the hotel.

Sources Say Richie Collapses at Hyde early Sunday Morning!

Nicole Richie passed out at Hyde nightclub early Sunday morning in Hollywood. We're told it occurred just before 2 a.m., when Richie passed out and fell to the floor. The manager approached Richie and her friends and said he was calling 911. Sources say they told the manager not to make the call and that they would take Richie to a hospital. The friends then carried Richie out of the club through the back door. We do not know if Richie went to the hospital.

Before Richie collapsed, we're told she hung out for awhile with Lindsay Lohan inside the club. Lohan had her own bizarre tale early Sunday morning on a street in Hollywood.

Late last week, Richie's reps confirmed that the "Simple Life" star entered a treatment facility to determine why she hasn't gained weight. Richie has looked shockingly thin over the last few months. Richie's rep says her client was at Hyde for approximately 20 minutes but denies that she collapsed.

Lindsay Lohan had a rough morning Sunday

At 6:45 am, a spy spotted Lindsay at Olive and Sunset in Hollywood, near a dog park. Lindsay was sitting in her parked black Cadillac Escalade and our spy, who was walking his dog, could see Lohan through the tinted windows, "freaking out" and talking on her phone.

Then, Lohan called our spy over and told him that two men in a silver Toyota 4Runner -- parked behind her -- had been following her for the last two hours, trying to "hit" her vehicle. Our spy reports that "she seemed out of it," that it appeared she'd been out all night, and that she'd clearly been crying, with mascara running down her face. "I've called the cops," said Lindsay of her alleged pursuers. "But the cops can't catch them."

What Lindsay didn't even realize in her reduced state was that the two men in the Toyota were actually paparazzi. Our spy saw them snapping away. And, he says, as their vehicle started to creep up on Lindsay's Escalade, she shifted into drive, hit the gas and took off. The paparazzi followed her. An email sent to her rep was not immediately returned.

Actress Tara Reid has credited TV host Carson Daly as the love of her life, insisting she'd be a happily married mom now if the couple hadn't split. The couple dated and were briefly engaged in 2000 and 2001 before they separated, and the American Pie star admits she'll always regret they didn't give their romance more of a chance.

In a recent TV interview, Reid confessed, "I think, ‘Well yeah, if I would have married Carson, I'd probably have kids by now... I wouldn't have had all that crazy partying. My life would have been completely different.' "But, you know what? If that was meant to happen, it would have... but I've never loved anyone the way I loved him."

But since Kate hooked up with her You, Me and Dupree co-star after she split with husband of almost six years, Chris Robinson, "Owen's been doing his best to walk the straight and narrow and follow her lead in terms of lifestyle. He's eating lunches at places like Baja Fresh [a chain of Mexican restaurants that serve healthier fare] and he's cut way back on the booze — although he and Kate occasionally share a bottle of wine with dinner."

Nicole Richie Finally Gets Some Help!

Nicole Richie is seeking treatment for what her rep describes as an inability to put on weight.

"Nicole Richie has decided to undergo diagnostic treatment to determine why she's not been putting on any weight." "She is working with a team of doctors and specialists whose focus is nutrition. It is important to Nicole that she achieves this goal in a healthy way as this is not a treatment for an eating disorder."

Richie's thinness has been the subject of much debate – which she addressed in May when she told Vanity Fair magazine, "I know I'm too thin right now. I'm not happy with the way I look right now." She also said at the time that she was consulting with a nutritionist and a doctor, but blamed her weight loss in part on the breakup with her then-fiance, Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein.

"She's tired of everyone saying you don't eat, because she does, "she wants to gain weight. It wasn't anyone saying you have to go do this – it wasn't an intervention. It was her saying I'm tired of people saying this about me, I'm going to go get some tests. It was a personal decision." Richie, 25, is starring in the fifth season of The Simple Life and will resume filming, as scheduled, in mid-November.
