I think I would rather stick to tv dinners (blech) rather than go to events simply because my parents have a lot of money. If she actually had a scrap of talent and had earned her 'celebrity' status, then I suppose I could understand why so many people seem to like her.
Personally, I find her to be extremely bland and plastic looking (yes, she has a cute bod, big deal, so do thousands of prettier, more talented girls out there), utterly lacking in intelligence and personality, and boring beyond compare.
