Lindsay Lohan seems to be taking no chances when it comes to her safety as she is spotted in Beverly Hills, Ca with a bodyguard hovering by as she leaves a book shop. The Mean Girls stars was involved in a car accident the day before when a photographer who was following her crashed into her car the photographer was then arrested and charged with Assault With a Deadly Weapon. Lindsay was with a friend as she exited the bookshop and was escorted to her car by her bodyguard.
