Woman uses Jessica Simpson's name to get free stuff

It seems Jessica Simpson has been at the centre of a naughty scam, with 23-year-old nobody Courtney Handel having just been arrested for posing as Simpson’s personal assistant, CaCee Cobb. Handel pretended to be Cobb in order to accrue $12,000 (€10,000) worth of free cosmetics, clothes and the rest, writing to companies and telling them that Jess was interested in their merchandise. Luckily, the police were on to her. Handel even received a shipment of new gear while they were searching her house. Simpson has thanked the police, although no-one is admitting whether she asked if she could keep the gratis goodies. Only kidding, it’s all going back to the companies.
