Former Beverly Hills, 90210 star Tori Spelling has split from her husband, actor-writer Charlie Shanian, her rep tells PEOPLE. "Tori Spelling and Charlie Shanian have separated after one year of marriage," Spelling's publicist says in a statement. "The couple have been living apart since the beginning of August. This is the first marriage for both."
