Oh No the Finale of Laguna is Near

Commercial-free Laguna Beach finale will include “a couple of surprises”

Next Monday’s finale of Laguna Beach, which will featured Stephen and Kristin’s dramatic final encounter, will air without commercials. That’ll give the cast an extra eight minutes to say “like, bye.”

The episode will be 30 minutes, and will feature the cast live at the TRL studios commenting about the episode, which may take up more time than commercials. The finale will be preceded by a marathon of the entire second season, which will air straight through to the 10 p.m. ET finale, with the exception of an hour-long break for TRL.

During the finale, the show’s executive producer, Tony DiSanto, promises that “[t]here will be a couple of surprises that are going to tip off some great new stuff coming up on the channel.” That’s most likely the announcement of the “familiar faces and some new faces” who will be featured next season, he tells the New York Daily News.
