Rachel Ray College Dropout

Page Six is reporting that Rachel Ray star of "30 Minute Meals" on the Food Network, was a college dropout. Apparently her mother would give her money for tuition but instead of paying it, Ray would use the money for other things. Page Six doesn't quite say what those other things are?
