Orlando Bloom is reportedly planning to propose to long-term girlfriend Kate Bosworth on Valentine's Day. He has booked a room at one of London's top clubs and has been spotted looking at diamond rings. A source is quoted in Britain's Daily Star newspaper as saying: "Orlando wants them to have a really romantic time. "He has been out and about looking at diamond rings and it's thought he'll go down on one knee and pop the question. He wants to spend some quality time with Kate. They have both been so busy with their hectic schedules."
