Robert Rodriguez is dating again - days after announcing he's divorcing his wife, Elizabeth Avellan

The 'Sin City' director - who has five children - has allegedly been spotted getting cosy with sultry 'Charmed' star Rose McGowan at his Austin ranch. A friend of the filmmaker revealed to America's New York Post newspaper: "Robert spends all of his time on his ranch in Austin. "His kids are home-schooled, and he even shoots movies there and edits them on the property. He doesn't like to leave much." However, a spokesperson for Rodriguez has played down rumors of a romance, saying: "Rose is working with Robert on a yet-to-be-announced project. They have a professional relationship." Last week, Rodriguez announced he was splitting from his wife of 16 years to cast and crew on the set of his new movie, 'Grind House'. He said: "This is an extremely painful time for me and my family, and Elizabeth and I very much appreciate your understanding and patience." Rodriguez went on to inform workers the split was amicable, that they still intend to raise their five children together and will remain partners in their production company, Troublemaker Studios.
