Britney Spears who is pregnant with her second child does some high-end shopping in New York on Wednesday, hitting Ralph Lauren and a Fifth Avenue luggage store before heading over to the Lucky magazine gift lounge at the Ritz Carlton, where she snatched up some Lia Sofia jewelry and clothes from LaROK.
