Lindsay Lohan: A Very Public Walk of Shame!

There's a reason why Lindsay Lohan looked so exhausted and sniffling during her Monday morning chat with Matt Lauer on "Today." The starlet had a late night with four friends, including her assistant and a young Condé Nast staffer, at her hotel. We heard it was pretty raucous, but her rep swears that when she went to wake Lohan at 5 a.m., she was "sound asleep." Meanwhile, photos of Lohan making out with model James Burke have surfaced, and they show her in the SAME clothes she wore on TV Monday morning. That's just wrong.
