Rodriguez Going to Jail

Actress Michelle Rodriguez, who served five days in jail in Hawaii last month for drunk driving, must serve 60 days for violating her probation with that arrest, a spokesman for the city attorney said Monday. Rodriguez was arrested in Hawaii last December on the drunken driving charge. She pleaded guilty last month. The Honolulu arrest violated the three-year probation term the actress was given in 2004 after pleading no contest to charges of hit-and-run, driving on a suspended license and driving under the influence of alcohol, Mateljan said. Her probation on those charges has now been extended until June 2009.
