If anyone is looking for tips on how to stay relevant in a city whose tastes change faster than Paris Hilton's boyfriends, look no further than 'My-So-Called Life' hottie Jared Leto. It seems like he'll do anything to keep in the limelight, including dousing himself on-stage in fake blood during a performance with his band, 30 Seconds to Mars.

As if the bloody performance wasn't enough, Leto scores even more attention by being spotted with paparazzi magnet Lindsay Lohan afterwards, where the two apparently spent time together in his tour bus...what happened once inside, who knows, but the two have been romantically linked in the past.
