Talk about having no time to lose! Denise Richards is reportedly engaged to Richie Sambora even though the rocker is technically still married to his "Melrose Place" wife. The Bon Jovi guitarist is said to have popped the question last month and the couple are planning to wed as soon as Richie's divorce from Heather Locklear is finalized.

Richie is believed to have broken the news to his band members earlier this month. A source told the National Enquirer, "He said, 'I asked Denise to marry me and she said yes!' He told everyone to get used to having Denise around."
