Tension on "The View"

Despite the friendly charade they play every morning, the NY Daily News reports that Elisabeth Hasselbeck has basically been suffering a nervous breakdown ever since Rosie O'Donnell joined 'The View.' '"She is crying every day," an insider tells us. "No one can control Rosie, and Elisabeth can't contain her feelings. She gets so upset all the time."

Some on-set sources think that Rosie's outwardly liberal views have been upsetting the show's conservative voice.' Normally I'd be concerned with someone suffering through pain, but Elizabitch cries and pouts any time minority groups and human rights are discussed. Whether it's gays and their marriages or women and their abortions, the Bible-toting Conservative is always freaking out (so take her Holy tears with a grain of salt.)
