Ugly Vanessa!

Starting tonight on ET, Vanessa Minnillo undergoes a full boy transformation - fat suit, special effects, make-up and braces - to become "Ugly Vanessa" for a ground-breaking seven part series.

With ABC's hot freshman dramedy, "Ugly Betty," as the inspiration, the ET investigation goes undercover with hidden cameras to look at the way we define beauty, how we dismiss those considered unattractive and how our obsession with looking like the retouched models we see in advertising has led us looking outside ourselves to define beauty, instead of inside.

Using undercover cameras, our investigative team hit the streets of New York with "Ugly Vanessa."

As a result of the experience, she decided that "ugly is a four-letter word. It's time we get rid of it and start celebrating the unique beauty in ourselves and others."
