Britney Needs the Help of a "Doctor"

Britney Spears arrived in Las Vegas Wednesday morning to pay a visit to "Dr. Luke" Gottwald, the hot-shot record producer behind some of the biggest pop hits of the last few years. In fact, Spears' manager Larry Rudolph says that she's recording some tracks for her upcoming album (due out this fall) with the Doc the rest of this week at the Palms Casino Resort's private recording studio.

Dr. Luke, for those of you who don't read the micro-type font on CD packages, is the man behind Kelly Clarkson's hit songs "Since U Been Gone" and "Behind These Hazel Eyes," and he's also written and produced for Avril Lavigne, Pink and the Backstreet Boys.
