Teen actress Lindsay Lohan is all smiles as she skips her way along Robertson Blvd on another shopping spree. The 'Herbie Fully Loaded' star seemed to be welcoming the attention of the Paparazzi even though, according to reports, she and another list of celebs are looking into legal action against agressive photographers.

Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Richie met for lunch in Beverly Hills with some friends. They were heard complaing about the paparazzi being intrusive and Lindsay asked photographers not to follow her in her car. This follows a recent incident where a photographer crashed into Lohan's car which left him in jail. Nicole Richie pictured hiding from the cameras.
