Gossip on Laguna

So of course I LOVED Laguna Beach last night. I think this year looks alot better than last year. The one thing that was bothering me the entire show though was WHO is this "Matt" character (Kristin's new lover)? Of course I had to try and figure this one out. From my research I believe it to be Matt Leinart the football player from USC. I have posted some photos of him on here you can also visit his blog at: mattleinartblog.com Apparently Matt Leinart was on Jimmy Kimmel last year and was asked about his relationship with Kristin from Laguna beach. Although apparently Matt had also been linked to dating Cacee (Jessica Simpson's assistant)????

Does anyone know anything about this relationship?
