Britney and Sean Preston vacationing in Hawaii minus Kev Fed. Rumors are still flying that Britney is pregnant with her second child. By the looks of this photo it is possible. She does look a little round in the stomach area. It has also been rumored that she has kicked Kev Fed out of the house not sure about that either but he is missing from this family vacation.
