Did Steve-O sleep with Nicole Richie?

I received an email today that said, "I was at Pure nightclub in Las Vegas last Friday (March 31). Steve-O from Jackass was on the VIP platform and grabbed the mic to address the crowd, to paraphrase his comments: “I know you all are wondering about me and Nicole Richie. To set the record straight, no, I haven’t had sex with her, but I have jerked off in her bed three times.”  Whatever that means!
