Mischa back on The OC next season?

Although her character, Marissa Cooper, was killed off in The O.C.'s season finale, a source close to the show says Mischa will nevertheless return next season — as a ghost! "Right now she's scheduled to come back in flashbacks and in ghost-type things," a show insider says.

Mischa, who reportedly wanted to quit The O.C. to concentrate on her film career, seems to like the ghostly compromise. "She's been as sweet as pie to the producers since she read the script," the insider says.
