On Wednesday, Britney Spears had a wild night out at Ivan Kane's burlesque club Forty Deuce Royal Jelly night. Spears was drinking and smoking inside the club, she even striped down to her bra and went dancing around! She entered looking put together and covered up but leaves the club looking pretty disheveled.
