Denise Richards Files More Papers

“Extra” has obtained more divorce papers filed Tuesday by Denise Richards. In the papers, the date of separation is finally revealed as December 28, 2005. Richards lists jewelry, earnings and other personal effects that she would like considered separate property. Since their younger daughter had not been born at the time the original papers were filed, the new papers indicate that the child has indeed been born.
