Is Charlie Sheen Headed to the Altar?

Wedding bells may ring in the near future for Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller, according to Star magazine. Nothing screams engagement like a heart-shaped, jewel-encrusted gold band that was spotted on Brooke’s ring finger this past Valentine’s. Charlie’s rep denied the engagement, but the two seemed to be floating on Cloud 9 as they dined at Cut, Wolfgang Puck’s posh steakhouse in Beverly Hills.
