Paris Hilton has fuelled speculation that she has had a boob job after being spotted bursting out of her top during a night out.

The 25-year-old hotel heiress was wearing a low cut black dress while partying in Hollywood, leaving celebrity-watchers guessing whether she had undergone surgery, or was simply wearing a extra-strong push-up bra.

Paris has frequently been caught without her top in recent years, having famously appeared in a leaked sex tape and earlier this year she appeared topless in another video posted on the web. 'She's known for her quite small boobs,' an onlooker added. 'It's a surprise to see her busting out of her top.'
