Another DUI Bites The Dust

Ty Pennington, star of TV's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" was arrested early Saturday morning in Los Angeles on suspicion of driving while intoxicated on alcohol and drugs. Ty was arrested at 12:35 AM and released two hours later on $5000 bail.

I just don't get the latest celebrity "fad" of getting arrested for a DUI. You would think a super rich celeb would be able to pay for a cab ride home and avoid legal consequences as well as saving some face. I guess if they couldn't get a cab they could always flood a street with champagne then build a raft out of one-hundred dollar bills and then float to their house. That's what I would do.
