Brandy Gets Sued.....Again

Singer Brandy Norwood has been involved in yet another lawsuit associated with the fatal car crash she was involved in last year. Mallory Ham, a survivor of the crash is suing the singer, stating that she should not have been speeding on the 405 freeway in California.

In a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Ham states:

"Brandy recklessly wantonly, unlawfully, and maliciously” operated the car responsible for causing a collision that claimed the life of Awatef Aboudihaj."

This is the third lawsuit case against Norwood as a result of the accident. Brandy also lost her job as a judge on "America's Got Talent" due to the crash. The latest suit is seeking payment of medical bills, court costs and punitive damages.

Maybe a "curse" is surrounding Brandy? She went from selling 14 million albums to killing someone in a car crash, getting fired from her judging gig and now being sued for the third time. To me that is pretty shitty luck. Maybe someone has one of those little voodoo dolls that they are pricking with pins every time Brandy thinks she is in the clear....just to bring her back to the bottom. I bet someone has one of those dolls for Lindsay Lohan too, except that her doll would be basically an 8-ball of pure coke with condoms used condoms for eyes.
