New parents Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have signed a pre-nuptial agreement worth 22million. The couple have reportedly spent weeks working out the terms for the agreement that will split their assets in the event of a divorce. Should the couple marry and divorce Holmes will receive £14million on top of a 8million trust fund that has also been set up for her and their baby daughter Suri regardless of whether the couple marry or not.

A source told the Daily Mail: "Katie's family have always been very sceptical bout their romance. They were shocked that Katie got pregnant so quickly and didn't like the way she had turned her back on Catholicism for Scientology. "But now this deal has been sorted out they are at least relieved that Katie and her baby will be financially secure for life, even if she doesn't marry Tom." The couple are currently planning for a summer wedding and poor Holmes is under a strict fitness regime that has been over seen by Cruise himself.
