Nick lachey is ready to be a newlywed again!

Nick who divorced Jessica Simpson in June 2006 has finally won a “yes” from his girlfriend of one year,  Vanessa Minnillo.  “Nick brought up the topic again when he and Vanessa were celebrating Valentine’s Day,” says a source close to the couple.  “Nick asked Vanessa to move from her hom ebase in NYC to be with him in L.A.   At the same time he asked her for her hand in marriage.”  The daughter of an Air Force aircrew member, the former Miss Teen USA not only agreed to the 3,000 mile-move she “told Nick she’s ready to be his wife.”  The couple who were friends before they started dating 2006, have warned friends and family to plan on flying to Nick’s hometown of Cincinnati or Cabo San Lucas , Mexico , where the lovebirds had their first vacation, for a ceremony during Memorial Day weekend.
