Paris and Ashlee Simpson's Ex!

Dressed in a green sexy mini dress, Paris Hilton celebrated St. Patrick's Day on March 17, with actor Josh Henderson by her side! "They couldn't take their eyes off of each other", a source tells Star. "Paris looked completely smitten with Josh. She just kept smiling and laughing at everything he said, like she was under his spell. They actually make a really good looking couple."

The twosome met up at Hollywood nightclub Area Saturday night, where they where later spotted leaving together in a friend's Hummer. "Paris and Josh sat in the backseat of the car by themselves for about 15 minutes," says the source. "It was just the two of them talking and flirting. I guess they wanted to have some alone time before heading to Paris' house where she had a St. Patrick's Day party."

Hilton's impromptu party at her Beverly Hills home brought out some close pals, including Nicole Richie and Brandon Davis.

Noticeably missing was Hilton's on again, off again boyfriend Stavros Niachros who was "no where in sight", says an eyewitness. "Paris was with Josh most of the night. She appeared to be having a lot of fun. The two were in the kitchen the entire night eating pizza and talking", a party-goer tells Star. Josh plays the hunky nephew of Nicollette Sheridan's character on Desperate Housewives. The Texan native, who is also working on a solo album, was Ashlee Simpson's boyfriend from 2002-2004.

Paris Hilton at the Vienna Opera Ball

Paris Hilton turned fairytale princess for the night as she attended Vienna's glamorous Opera Ball on Thursday. Gone were her skin-tight mini-dresses and skinny jeans, replaced by a lemon-hued gown and a generous sprinkling of diamonds. The Simple Life star, who was accompanied by her mum Kathy, was guest of honour at the glittering occasion. Like Geri Halliwell and Pamela Anderson before her, she was attending at the personal invitation of construction magnate Richard Lugner. As an heiress to the Hilton hotel fortune, Paris is, of course, not unused to mixing in high society and the poised blonde was the epitome of elegance and bonhomie as she chatted to her 74-year-old host. Tickets to the prestigious ball sell out months in advance and are snapped up by 4,500 Austrian and foreign celebrities, dignitaries and socialites. Paris, 25, very nearly didn't make the evening, however, after running into problems en route in Munich, where she was told her passport had expired. Luckily the US ambassador to Austria stepped in and vouched for her, meaning she could enter the country after all.

Paris Hilton Gets Trashed in Vienna!

Hundreds of shrieking, frenzied fans welcomed Paris Hilton as she made an appearance at a Vienna mall Thursday to sign autographs. “Hello everybody, it’s so good to see you,” the 25-year-old hotel heiress/reality TV star cooed as the crowd went crazy. “Happy late Valentine’s Day!”

The session was cut short when several objects landed on the stage and Hilton was whisked away by security guards. Richard Lugner, who is Hilton’s Vienna host, said the flying objects included cigarette packs, tissues and lipsticks. The 74-year-old married construction magnate invites a celebrity to the city’s prestigious Opera Ball each year. His previous guests include Geri Halliwell, Pamela Anderson and Carmen Electra.

The Austria Press Agency reported that sheets of paper that floated onto the stage were fliers from a communist youth organization. Hilton later dismissed the incident as “no big deal” and said she loved her fans, APA reported.

Nicky-O Might be Dunzo

The developer building Nicky Hilton's South Beach hotel said he might part ways with the celebrity, citing an online video. It's the latest hurdle for the Nicky-O. The developer behind Nicky Hilton's planned South Beach hotel said Friday he is considering scuttling the project because she allegedly filmed a private videotape with older sister Paris making racist remarks.

''I'm very concerned about it. I'm shocked actually that she would participate in something like that,'' developer Robert Falor said. The video is making the rounds on the Internet and is the subject of a lawsuit by Paris Hilton.

Falor's comments offer the first signs of strain in a partnership between a developer known for sparring with associates and the 23-year-old celebrity heiress, who has become one of South Beach's most high-profile hoteliers. Though still under construction, the 95-room ''Nicky-O'' condo-hotel has won favorable mentions by Vanity Fair, People and even David Letterman.

In her lawsuit filed in federal court in Los Angeles, Paris Hilton claims the tape in question was obtained from her storage unit in California. The video on YouTube seems to show Paris mocking Jewish and African-American people, with Nicky behind the camera. Falor said he has not talked to Hilton or her business partners and hasn't made a decision on the project's future. ''I'm trying to get all the facts together,'' he said. ``I'm going to take the weekend.''`''There's been no tension,'' he said. "Everything has been working fine.''

Still, he seemed eager to distance himself from a celebrity he once touted as both the creative force behind the project and a marketing star. ''There's been some negative press on Nicky about the clothing line and the handbag line recently,'' he said. Women's Wear Daily has reported that Hilton's merchandise is not doing well, and Macy's dropped her Chick junior sportswear line. ``Now there's this issue. We're evaluating -- and want to make the decision quickly -- whether this is something we want to be a part of.''

Zilbert said demand was strong for the units, priced at $500,000 and up.
