Cameron Diaz, 34, couldn’t stop gushing to Jennifer Aniston, 38, about a certain mystery man the two have in common, as the duo partied the evening away at the Night Before Oscar party at the Beverly Hills Hotel on February 24.

Who was this mystery man? None other than Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Raj Kanodia, the man behind Diaz and Aniston's recent rhinoplasty surgeries. (Aniston went under the knife on January 20, while Diaz had hers done last November).

While Diaz, 34, gushed to Aniston that her nose was “the nose my nose always wanted to be,” she also couldn't help raving about Kanodia's spiritual side and the impact it's had on her life.

I wasn’t at the astrology party in this episode. Still, I’m a virgo. And I’m totally typical. We’re perfectionists, we’re very organized and down-to-earth. I think it sort of suits me. Everyone gets to see my slippers in this episode. I can’t live without my stinky pinkies. I got them at Wal-Mart. They’re not that old, they’re a couple of years old. And in my defense the name is worse than the slippers. They don’t actually stink. I just love them. I have stinky pinkies, but I don’t have stinky feet.

So, I found the apartment on Craigslist. It was perfect because of the location, but was definitely hard to go from 6,000 square feet to go to this apartment, with two bedrooms, two baths and no walk-in closet.

And I didn’t have any furniture. I left everything to my Mom when I moved in with Slade, I’d been living with him for three years. All the furniture belonged to him. I had nothing. Not a fork or toothpick. I needed plates, cups, glasses, nothing. JJ brought in her couch, which was great. I slept there for a week. And then my back started hurting and I had to borrow a blow-up mattress.

And in this episode, we get to witness “daddy mode." It’s when I feel like I’m being treated like I’m five. Everything I do is criticized, or not good enough, or flat-out dead wrong and so I feel like I can’t do anything right. I mean, I think a lot of people go through this in their relationships.

It’s icky. When a partner gets really overprotective. Which makes them into a parent. And I don’t want a father, I want a boyfriend. It puts a huge strain on the relationship.

Oh, and I’ve given up espresso, which is kind of big news. I’ve moved on to green tea with ginger. I gave it up when I realized I was an addict. It’s made me a lot more normal. I had no idea that so much caffeine was making me have this sort of roller-coaster. I’d be all tweaked out and then just exhausted. So, I’m a lot more level. Wow.

Anna Nicole Suffering from Lupus?

A man who said he was a longtime friend of Anna Nicole Smith said the ex-Playmate suffered from the autoimmune disease lupus. "I never told anyone this," Frank Rodriguez told "The Insider" in an exclusive interview. "She asked me to swear I would never, ever ever tell anybody." Rodriguez said he is speaking out now because he doesn't like people calling the late starlet "a drug addict."

"She had a very serious condition, and I think people are entitled to know the truth," he said. Rodriguez said he met Smith and her late son, Daniel, at Disneyland in 1996. He was working for guest relations at the time and was her tour guide on more than one occasion. "We had a very special friendship," he said.

Several people have appeared on news programs claiming to have had a friendship with Smith. But Howard K. Stern, Smith's lawyer and companion, told "The Insider" that Rodriguez was a friend and part of Smith's "inner circle." Smith revealed to Rodriguez that she had lupus in 1998.

"Her whole body would ache," he said. "She would just shut down basically, she would sleep for days on. … She pulled me aside and she told me that she was on medication for it."

Paris Hilton Gets Pulled Over Again....

The star went to the Virgin Megastore in West Hollywood to pick up some dvd's last night at around 10:30, when was stopped by the cops and her car was towed away.

Paris Hilton was pulled over in her silver Bentley by police at approximately 11:00 PM Tuesday night. She was seen standing by her car on Sunset near The Improv pleading with officers, saying "Please, please " over and over again, but the police did NOT look amused.

Paris' publicist, Elliot Mintz, tells TMZ the heiress was exiting the parking structure which "is brightly lit so she had not noticed that her headlights were not activated." As she drove a few blocks, she was confronted by other bright lights -- those of the L.A. County Sheriff's Department.

Paris was pulled over and deputies discovered she was driving with a suspended license. According to Mintz, "If that was the case, she was not aware of it." She's been driving all the time yet she probably shouldn't be due to her NO CONTEST plea in her DUI case?

In her new autobiography, Secrets of a Hollywood Super Madam, due in stores on Thursday, Jody "Babydol" Gibson alleges that both Affleck and Willis were patrons of her call-girl service before she was arrested eight years ago. On a promotional Website for the book, Gibson claims to reveal the details of Affleck's "steamy night with a hot blonde" as well as a "wild time" involving Willis.

"This book is about my life servicing the rich and famous…and their sex, sex, sex!" Gibson writes in the introduction to her memoir, available on supermadamsecrets.com. Other household names Gibson alleges were on her list of clients include Jim Belushi, Gary Busey, former Dodgers manager Tom Lasorda, the late movie producer Don Simpson and Sex Pistols guitarist Steve Jones. While lawyers for Willis, Lasorda and Simpson have denied their clients ever had anything to do with Gibson, Jones has conceded he may have used her service.

"It's possible," he told the Los Angeles Times. "I crossed paths with her back then. She was a madam, but if I remember right, she wanted to be a singer in a band." Gibson, who used the name "Sasha" in her role as a madam, started her California Dreamin' escort service in 1986 while trying to launch her career as a pop star. By the time she was arrested in 1999, she had expanded her business to 16 states and Europe, and was charging customers between $500 and $3,000 for personal encounters with the more than 300 women she employed, among them porn stars and models.

She was convicted in April 2000 of running an international prostitution ring and served 22 months in Chowchilla, one of California's toughest prisons, where she suffered a fractured skull after being beaten by fellow inmates. Though prosecutors presented Gibson's seized phone books and payment logs as evidence during her trial, the names of her more than 1,000 clients were initially blacked out in publicly available court records, much to the frustration of the press.

Since her 2002 release from prison, Gibson has continued her efforts to break into the entertainment industry, launching a clothing line and shopping the film rights to her life story. She was also profiled in a 2003 episode of E! Entertainment's The High Price of Fame.

Kaherine Heigl's Disappointment

Katherine Heigl has dropped out of contract talks with Grey's Anatomy over salary.

"Katie is disappointed and hurt that (producer) Touchstone doesn't value her as much as her other costars, especially Sandra Oh and Isaiah Washington," the source says.

Heigl plays Dr. Isobel "Izzie" Stevenson on the ABC hit medical drama.

A rep for ABC Touchstone TV had no comment.

Hepatitis Scare at Beyoncé Party

Guests at a Sports Illustrated party attended by Beyoncé and top models may have been exposed to hepatitis by a Wolfgang Puck prep cook, health officials said. The Los Angeles County Department of Health sent guests alerts Tuesday saying the worker had acute hepatitis A and recommended vaccinations for anyone who ate uncooked food at the party and three other events from Feb. 14-20.

There have been no reports of illness.

Carl Schuster, president of Wolfgang Puck Catering, said: "While the risk of infection is low, we will continue to work with the Health Department to bring a speedy and thorough resolution to this investigation. Our catering efforts continue, and we remain confident that our guests will receive the highest standards of excellence for which Wolfgang Puck is known."

After the cook was placed on medical leave, "we immediately worked to take every precaution to further safeguard our patrons and other employees," said Schuster. He added the infected employee was not involved in any of the Puck-catered Oscar events, including the Governors Ball after the Academy Awards.

The Feb. 14 Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition party was the biggest of the events where the cook worked. Beyonce, who posed for the cover, was joined by major Sports Illustrated models including Bar Refeali, Veronica Varekova, Yamila Diaz-Rahi, Ana Beatriz Barros and Marisa Miller.

The party was held in a tented area in the courtyard of the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. The menu offered much raw food, including sushi and fresh vegetables, as well as several cooked items. Yikes!

The 27-year-old blonde, the daughter of rocker Rod Stewart, topped the poll voted for by FHM magazine readers.

The leggy hellraiser saw off stiff competition from former 'Baywatch' babe Carmen Electra, who came second, and Britain's Princess Beatrice, 18, who claimed third position.

Other female stars to make the top 20 included Kimberley's friends Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan, Hollywood beauty Scarlett Johansson, Brazilian model Gisele Bundchen and tennis star Maria Sharapova.

Madonna, who was given the Elle Style Icon Award at the 10th Elle Style Awards sponsored by H&M (held in London earlier this month), graces the cover of British Elle's April issue.

Inside, the 48-year-old star expresses concern that her older children, Lourdes, 10, and Rocco, 6, don't share her evolved fashion sense. "My daughter is going through a phase of wearing jeans that are so tight she can't bend her knees in them. I have a go at her and say, 'Can't you wear something else? You have a closet full of clothes and you wear the same pants every day. And please wear a belt because I don't want to see your butt crack when you bend over,'" she tells the magazine. And Rocco is just as guilty. "My son never wants to take off his Gap army fatigue pants. They both wear the same thing over and over again." We can only assume that 17-month-old baby David is wearing out the whole diapers-and-drool look as well.

Husband, Guy Ritchie, on the other hand, knows better. "He's very obedient in the clothes department!" says Madonna.

Nicole Kidmen to Guest Star on Nip/Tuck

Nicole Kidman is to make a cameo appearance in cosmetic surgery drama 'Nip/Tuck', playing a nose job patient. Show creator Ryan Murphy met the actress when he was recently recruited to direct her in new movie "Need" - and she took the opportunity to beg him for a bit part in Nip/Tuck. Murphy says, "I was talking to Nicole recently and she said, 'I want you to write me a part in Nip/Tuck.' So I think I'm going to write a part where she comes in and she's wearing that Virginia Woolf (in The Hours) nose. She's hilarious and I love her."

A source close to Federline said that he had shared his belief with friends that Spears changed dramatically after she became a mother. "He feels like Britney never was the same after she had their kids," the source said. "Even after the first baby, she had wild mood swings and her temper would go off at the drop of a hat." "It got worse after her second pregnancy. Kevin didn't want another baby so soon, not because he didn't want more kids, but because her temper was so unstable when she was pregnant," the source continued. "After she came home from the hospital the second time, she just seemed really unhappy all of the time. He said, 'Nothing made her happy anymore. She was just angry or sad all the time.'"

Experts have said that Spears' recent spate of erratic behavior could have been motivated by postpartum depression, which can set in anytime during the first year after birth and affects up to 80 percent of new mothers.

British singer James Blunt and palm-gripping tsunami-survivor supermodel girlfriend Petra Nemcova ran over the leg of an autograph seeker on Friday night in Los Angeles according to witnesses. There's a keepsake from a star encounter!

The oblivious crooner reportedly didn't stop to check on the injured fan. It's unclear if Blunt and Pet had any idea what had happened.

Paramedics were called to the scene and the injured man was rolled away on a gurney, while police made a report. Blunt's rep says, "He was overhelmed by the swarm of paparazzi and was truly not aware of what happened. We're very sorry for what happened, and we're looking into the matter."

Katie Holmes Acts Like a Robot at The Oscars

Katie Holmes raised eyebrows with her demure manner on the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscar party.

Upon arriving at the famed afterparty, Cruise urged his bride to pose for a photograph alone.

"Take a shot of her," he told photographers.

But according to an onlooker, the 28-year-old actress refused to take a picture without him.

The actor then led Holmes around by the hand, pulling her back and forth while he mingled and she remained silent.

Cruise, 44, greeted a few photographers but didn’t introduce his wife, who said nothing and stood next to her husband, waiting for him to finish his conversations.

He later asked her again to pose for a picture alone, and she finally agreed.

“She looks at him for direction,” the witness tells Us.

Kirsten Dunst Breaks Down at The Oscars

She may have looked cool and collected on the red carpet, but Kirsten Dunst had a mini-meltdown at the Academy Awards on Sunday night. Us Weekly bumped into the actress when she left the theater for a bathroom break, and she sang the praises of her seafoam Chanel number. "I love this dress,” she told Us. “Isn't it pretty?" But at some point while in the bathroom, she seemed to have changed her mind. After returning to the theater, she tugged anxiously on her dress. "I don't feel really relaxed,” she told her female companion. “I don’t want to spill water on this dress or you can see through it.” The 24-year-old actress then began to fret about taking the stage later to present the Academy Award for Best Screenplay. “I want to get this over with so I can go relax,” she told her friend. “I can't f--k up my speech. I am presenting Best Screenplay and it will be career suicide if I f--k it up! I really need water. I just want to get out of here already!" Kirsten has never been a huge fan of the Oscars. Two years ago on the red carpet, Us overheard the star whisper to her publicist, “I hate this.”

I have a large, red quilted Chanel bag that I borrowed from my sister Ashley. I wore it to an event and never gave it back. Luckily, she's moved on to another bag, so I'm safe for now. I'm not quite sure how many bags I have, but let's just say I have a few. When I find a bag I like, I tend to wear it to death until I become obsessed with another one. This probably happens three to five times a year. But I always come back to the Chanel. The size isn't overwhelming, and it has enough subtle detail to keep it interesting.

I also have the smaller version in blue and in white, but the red is definitely my favorite. I don't have a stylist — I'd rather just do my own thing and put together my own outfits. The chain-handle bag is the perfect accent to almost any combination I come up with. I look at everything with a designer's eye, but I wouldn't change a thing about this bag. I think that's why it's a true classic.

Freddie Prinze Jr. (Freddie, Scooby-Doo) has been tapped to star in CBS' comedy pilot "Atlanta," which revolves around a man (Prinze) and a woman who meet at a funeral and can't stay away from each other.

Oscar winner Anna Paquin (X-Men, Almost Famous, The Piano) is making her first foray into series television as the lead in Alan Ball's HBO drama pilot "True Blood." Paquin will play a small-town waitress who strikes up a romance with a vampire.

Tony winner Kristin Chenoweth (The West Wing, Stranger Than Fiction) will star in ABC's drama pilot "Pushing Daisies," a romantic procedural about an owner of a pie shop (Lee Pace) who can touch dead people and bring them back to life. Chenoweth will play a waitress at the shop and a love interest for her boss.

Blake Lively (The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Accepted) and Leighton Meester (Surface, 24) are set to star in the CW's drama pilot "Gossip Girl," based on the best-selling book series, and which centers on the rivalry between two rich Manhattan girls, Serena (Lively) and Blair (Meester), at a private school. Josh Schwartz from “The OC” is producing the series.

Charles S. Dutton (Threshold, The L Word) will play a lead role in ABC's drama pilot "Suspect," a fast-paced procedural drama uncovering the crime's perpetrator by tracing the suspects in a lineup. Kathleen Monroe (Beautiful People) was also added to the cast.

Eddie Cibrian (Vanished, Invasion) landed a role in ABC's drama pilot "Football Wives," which revolves around the wives of professional football players. Cibrian will play a quarterback who cheats on his wife (Lucy Lawless).

Bridget Regan (The Black Donnellys) has joined Fox's "Supreme Courtships," a soapy comedic drama about the lives of six Supreme Court clerks and the judges they work for.

Dorian Brown (The Game) will be a lead in Fox's untitled Liz Meriwether comedy pilot, which revolves around three sorority sisters who try to clean up their act after graduating from college. Natalie Zea (The Shield, Eyes) has joined ABC's drama pilot "Dirty Sexy Money," which centers on an idealistic young lawyer (Peter Krause) who gets to represent the Darlings, a rich, powerful family.

Tyler Labine (Boston Legal, Invasion) has come aboard the CW's drama pilot "Reaper," which centers on a 21-year-old (Bret Harrison) who becomes the devil's bounty hunter.

Amanda Walsh (Sons & Daughters) has been cast in NBC's comedy pilot "The Mastersons of Manhattan," which centers on two socialite sisters (Molly Shannon, Natasha Richardson) in New York.

Jim Rash (Help Me Help You, Reno 911!) has joined Fox's comedy pilot "Hackett,” which centers on a bad-boy luminary who finds himself among the ultra-PC ranks of teachers at an Ohio public high school.

Posh to Star in her own Reality Show

During a recent stint to New York City, Posh penned a mega $20 million deal with NBC to host her own cheeky reality show. The news broke last night at the big Elton John post-Oscar party at the Pacific Design Center in Hollywood. Fellow British invader Simon Cowell helped seal the multimillion dollar deal. Per the Daily Mail: 'Vic has signed up for one series of the fly-on-the-wall show, which will follow her move to America. Producers want to see how popular it is before agreeing to recommission it. Hubby David, 31, will feature in the show, but we're told he doesn't want a very hands-on role... it's all about Posh. ' Sons Brooklyn and Romeo will be absolutely off limits (Posh is one overprotective mama), but the size 00 fashionista promises to lure BFFs Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and Jennifer Lopez to ensure megawatt ratings. While the thought of watching rich A-list celebs parade around on a reality show sounds fab, I'm not sure how I feel about staring at Victoria's smug frown for 30 minutes a week.

Jason Alexander thinks Britney has had problems with Drugs for a long time

Britney Spears abused cocaine and prescription drugs and nearly had a fatal overdose of pure ecstasy, her first husband Jason Alexander claims in an interview. "It freaked me out when I saw she had shaved off her hair; that was clearly a cry for help," Alexander, 25, told the Sunday Mirror of London. "She needs help."

Alexander, who claims he once had a drug-fueled threesome with Spears and a female dancer, said that in their short relationship he had trouble keeping up with her drug use. "We used ecstasy at night to party and cocaine during the day to stay awake," Alexander said. "Then we would take downers like Valium or Vicodin to come down and rest. "She definitely had a problem with drugs when we were together and that was three years ago."

He claims Spears almost had a fatal overdose on "MDMA," or pure ecstasy, while they partied in a Las Vegas club. He said he sneaked her up to their hotel suite and she was sweating and having problems breathing. "I took her into the bathroom and threw her in the shower," Alexander said. "She was unconscious. She tripped and fell. I was trying to hold her up and speak to her. She wasn't moving. "I remember looking down at her all crumpled in the tub with the water coming down. She looked so white and lifeless. I thought she was dead. I thought, 'This bitch is going to f--king die right here in front of me.'"
