Lindsay Lohan and "Heroes" star Ali Larter got their hair perked at the same place -- and both left as if their hair were on fire.

The two were spotted leaving Neil George salon in Beverly Hills, just 10 minutes apart. While Larter chatted it up as she exited, an alumnium-clad Lohan whooshed out of the place as fast as she could.

After Lohan sped off in her Mercedes, and most of the paps took off, Larter and her adorable Wheaton terrier exited to little fanfare, saying, "I was like, there's no way anybody's here for me!" The lone remaining photog asked if she voted for hair-raising "American Idol" contestant Sanjaya Malakar this week -- eliciting a strong "No!" from the starlet.

Jenna Jameson has Vaginoplasty

X-rated flick chick Jenna Jameson has annoyed Hollywood heavyweights who want to turn her best-selling book, "How to Make Love Like a Porn Star," into a movie. "She hasn't been showing up for meetings" with a major production company interested in "Porn Star," a source claims.

But Jameson should be forgiven. Our source says the gorgeous blond, who has to look good from head to toe professionally, has had a little work done "down there" - and is not pleased with it.

"She underwent a vaginoplasty at a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, and she is very unhappy," said the source, who added, in perhaps an unfortunate choice of words, "she has decided to hole up and not speak to anybody. The producers are about to pull the plug on the movie," which would be a mainstream production.

Jameson became famous for work in more than 100 X-rated flicks, including the classics "Camera Sutra" and "Udderly Ridiculous." Her agent Mike Esterman said, "I have no idea" when asked about the surgery. Regarding the missed meetings, a spokeswoman for Club Jenna (a Jameson company) told us that "Jenna isn't always available within a few minutes."

Usher Engaged!

Usher is engaged to his longtime girlfriend, stylist Tameka Foster, the R&B singer's spokeswoman said Friday. Publicist Simone Smalls didn't provide further details.

Usher, a five-time Grammy winner, confirmed the engagement Wednesday to MTV News, ending speculation that he had popped the question. Foster has been photographed recently with a diamond ring on her finger.

Usher, 28, said he could be walking down the aisle before the end of the year. His hits include "Confessions," "Burn," "You Make Me Wanna" and "Yeah!"

Isla Fisher is reportedly pregnant with fiancé Sacha Baron Cohen's baby. The 'Wedding Crashers' actress reportedly announced the couple's happy news in Los Angeles' the Cat and Fiddle pub. A source is quoted by Britain's Daily Star newspaper as saying: "Isla called everyone to a toast and gushed, 'We have got good news. I am pregnant.' "

The Australian star sparked rumors she is expecting the Borat star's child when she wore a jacket and loose-fitting dress to the premiere of her new movie 'The Lookout', in what appeared to be an attempt to hide her baby bump. However, Isla's representative has refused to confirm the pregnancy, saying: "If or when Isla becomes pregnant, she and her fiancé will decide if an announcement is necessary."

In 'The Lookout', the 31-year-old Australian star plays a stripper who seduces a brain-damaged man. Isla revealed her role as an obsessive girlfriend in 'Wedding Crashers' has left men terrified of her.

She told USA Today newspaper: "Men didn't hit on me afterwards, they were terrified. I was once in a grocery store, and I laughed and this guy literally jumped in the air. He said, 'I'm really sorry, but you have the same laugh as the girl from 'Wedding Crashers' and you really scared me.' "

Soccer stud David Beckham and his newly blond wife, Victoria (formerly Posh Spice), were sitting near the table where former model Kelly Killoren Bensimon was dining. "Beckham was straining his neck to check Kelly out the entire time. Everyone at her table was commenting on it," a witness said. "Finally, Posh got up and left, and she barely ate anything." A rep for Beckham told us, "If David was checking anyone out, it was his wife."

Is Paris Going to Jail?

Paris Hilton has been found in violation of the terms of her probation and faces a maximum sentence of 90 days in jail, the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office announced Thursday. Hilton, 26, was spotted Feb. 27 speeding down Sunset Boulevard around 11 p.m. without her headlights on, says L.A. Sheriff's spokesman Oscar Butao.

After pulling over her 2007 Bentley Continental GTC Convertible, officers found Hilton was driving with a suspended license – the result of her DUI arrest last September. In that case, she pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of alcohol-related reckless driving on Jan. 22, and was placed on 36 months probation. Hilton's rep and attorney were not immediately available for comment.

Previously, Hilton's spokesman Elliot Mintz told the Associated Press that she was unaware that her license had been suspended. "When Paris called me [after she was pulled over], she asked if her license was suspended," Mintz said. "If that's the case, she and I are unaware of it." But Nick Velasquez, spokesman for the City Attorney's Office, said Thursday: "We have sufficient evidence to prove that Hilton had knowledge of the suspension, and yet continued to drive."

A hearing was set for April 17.

Wacko Jackson Hospitalized With Pneumonia in Las Vegas?

Michael Jackson has been hospitalized in Las Vegas with pneumonia, sources tell FOXNews.com's 411 column.

During his recent trip to Japan, the singer had been battling a severe flu, which he apparently caught from his two young children Paris and Prince, his publicist Raymone Bain confirmed. Bain said Jackson and his family returned to the U.S. because they had all fallen ill. Jackson was still sick, she said.

"I'm not sure what the diagnosis is. It could be pneumonia," she told 411. Bain denied that the singer had been hospitalized, but other sources close to Jackson said he has definitely been in the hospital in recent days. Jackson has battled an addiction to prescription drugs, a problem that has caused his already poor health to be compromised.

Britney Spears & Kevin Federline Reach Divorce Settlement

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline reached a divorce settlement Thursday. "The parties signed a global settlement on all issues of their marriage and the custody of the children," Michael Sands, a spokesman for Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, said.

The deal was worked out in five-hour meeting in the Los Angeles high-rise offices of Spears's attorney. At the table were Spears and Federline, along with Spears's lawyer Laura Wasser and Federline's counsel Kaplan and Jim Simon. During a smoke break downstairs, Spears talked with Federline for 15 minutes, Sands said.

The terms were not revealed. A judge will still have to sign off on the agreement. The deal comes just days after Spears left rehab on March 20.

Spears and Federline got married in September 2004 in a surprise ceremony and soon settled into a Malibu mansion. The couple had two sons, Sean Preston in September 2005 and Jayden James almost a exactly a year later. Not long after their second son was born, signs of trouble appeared in their marriage, with Spears missing many of Federline's promotional appearances for his poorly received hip-hop album Playing With Fire.

Spears filed for divorce on Nov. 7, 2006, citing irreconcilable differences. In a temporary agreement, Spears had custody of the boys with three days of visitation for Federline.

The singer began months of hard-partying in New York, Miami, Las Vegas and Los Angeles, hooking up for a time with Paris Hilton. She initially defended her partying as long-overdue fun, but by January, her manager acknowledged she was having a rocky moment.

After a wild weekend in which she shaved her head, Spears entered rehab at Promises in Malibu, where she stayed for about four weeks. Federline, who watched the boys during her treatment, declined to return custody to Spears until he was satisfied with her post-rehab follow-through, according to a source.

Courtney Love has lost an incredible 45 pounds in just four months. The former Hole singer showed off her new svelte figure in a tiny string bikini when she took a dip in the pool at Hawaiian holiday resort Kea Lani this week.

A source told Us Weekly magazine: "She starting losing weight in December when she began drinking diet shakes and sticking to a strict healthy eating regime. "She is cut out carbs and is eating fish, steamed vegetables and doing lots of yoga. "She's feeling like a different person. Her goal is to lose 55 pounds altogether."

Allegra Versace Dying of Anorexia

Donatella Versace's daughter is said to be dying from anorexia — after her weight plummeted to 70 pounds. Friends of Allegra Versace, 20, fear her heart and kidneys could fail at any time.

Allegra, who inherited half the family fashion empire, is fighting the eating disorder in a secure clinic in Los Angeles — isolated from family and friends. She is fed through a naso-gastric tube.

Mother Donatella, 52, revealed last night: “My daughter is very ill. Anorexia is consuming her and we are very worried.” A friend added: “Doctors fear for her life. She risks heart failure any time. Her kidneys are in a mess and she’s being tube fed but it’s not working. Donatella is distraught but Madonna has been a tower of strength.”

Sun Doctor Carol Cooper said: “You’re only fed through a tube if you are seriously ill.” Allegra’s illness fuels the row over size zero models. The Sun has campaigned to ban them from catwalks.

The Black Eyed Peas' Fergie is still mortified by the notorious 2005 incident which saw her accidentally urinate on stage. She says, "We had to rush onstage before I had the chance to go to the restroom. It was a very embarrassing night for me."

The star, real name Stacy Ann Ferguson, confessed to her embarrassment on British TV series The Dame Edna Show, and blamed the incident during a performance San Diego's Street Scene festival in California on a lack of toilet-going opportunities.

I don't know about you guys but if I had to go...I would exit the stage and go! Not just stand there singing and decide to just pee on stage in front of thousands of people.
